This Asus has been great for me so far. Out of the box it indeed is rather slow but once you replace the hard drive with a SSD the improvement is night and day. Track pad also uses too much space in my opinion. I'd rather the keyboard have been slightly bigger.

Great computer with excellent graphics for someone on the go. The smaller screen and 2 in 1 feature allows you to go into tablet mode seamlessly!

I bought this laptop a week or so ago. So far it has been great, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it did not has a disc drive and I have to purchase an external drive. But other than that so far it is a great purchase for my growing business.

This is the slowest computer I have ever used. Takes long to load programs and web pages. Takes very long to boot up

I purchased this computer in March 2018 and I have been very disappointed. I have had to service it through the Geek Squad several times. As of June 2019, the computer is dead. I have had trouble turning it on and the length of time is way too long for a new computer. It would turn on and then turn off and was very annoying. As of now, I cannot turn the computer on. It cost over $800 and I am angry and feel ripped off by Asus. It included Microsoft Office 365 and I am assuming that is a loss too. Geek Squad recommended I buy a new one. I'm outraged!

Still going strong with this open box deal which ended up costing just over $200. Rarely use it as a tablet though.

Compact and lightweight and I love that it can be folded over into a tablet. The touch feature works great with or without the Bamboo Ink pen.

Great little machine, touch screen, works well. This is my second in this line. Had I not a great asus running now, would have gotten another.

Computer woked great for 1st 12+ months then stared having issues. Thank goodness I bought the 2 year geek squad protection plan. However I found out it only covered Hardware not software. Before i let them upsell me on a new plan, i had them run a diagnostic. As luck would have it, if you can call it that, it was a defective harddrive! I was able to take the machine home save my personal data and bring it back for the repair. It was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks but turned out to be about a week. So makor inconvenience with a defective hard drive in a year+ old machine.

I don’t know why I didn’t buy one before, greatest computer I have ever used. Easy to use touchscreen keyboard accessibility the best

We purchased the ASUS 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop for our son to begin his homeschool journey on. He uses it daily for lessons, research and fun when he can. I love the touch-screen, having never had one before! It makes the learning more fun, easy and it helps to keep him from being bored with 'clicking'! ASUS is a new brand for us and we are impressed! This little computer has a lot of features in a small sized case. We are hopeful for a long and happy learning journey with the ASUS. We highly recommend this computer!

This laptop is very very fast! And it is quite light too. I carry my laptop around a lot, so having something so light is very handy.

I cant say there is anything really bad about this tablet, but so far it isn’t outstanding. It turns itself off regularly, so keeping having to start it up is a bit of a pain. However it is nice and compact and light and easy to use.

I purchased this for my son's first year in college. Hew really likes how compact it is and the touch screen

It's fairly quick. Responsive design. Nice touch screen. I would recommend an external mouse for it. Other than that. Wonderful laptop.

Overall good quality and great battery life. The only issue I have with it is the finger scanner sometimes takes awhile to recognize, and the initial set up for the computer was lengthy and full of product suggestions which was a bit overwhelming.

Being able to reconfigure this laptop to fit the use is a great option. And I really use the touch screen more than I thought I would.

Bought this computer for my young son. He uses it primarily for school. He likes the touch screen and portability of the laptop.
