It is a lightweight 2-in-1 and great for my daughter preparing for college. However, slow performance, lock ups, and loss of touchpad and mouse pointer were common issues. Thank goodness we took advantage of the Best Buy free in-store setup by Geek Squad. They found an issue with an improperly loaded program. All is better now.

Wireless is poor, touch screen good, easy to use, not really good for number cruncher

I'm enjoying the Asus laptop it has been pretty easy to use and it's got a good processor. I haven't had any issues with it

I bought this laptop for my husband who was going out of town on a business trip and training conference so he would be able to download some industry-specific software to use on his trip. The laptop works just fine and has some nice capabilities like the touch-screen and Windows Ink which is pretty cool.

Asus laptop is a great computer. I read online that it’s one of the fastest computers and I would totally recommend it.

Taken awhile to figure out windows on this machine, but am slowly liking it more. Quality. Would purchase again

This has great specs, with windows ink compatibility. Great form factor and takes advantage of windows 10 capabilities

The device works well for our daughter, who is a college student. However, we are upset the Best Buy representative failed to tell us the price was going to be increased the next day. We saw it for the first time on a Saturday but didn't buy it until the following day. Unfortunately, there was a major price difference and it never lowered during the time frame we could get an adjustment.

Enjoying my new laptop. It is taking awhile to get used to but I am really excited about all of the features.

Love it. Still trying to figure out all the cool things it can do. Only complaint, hard to push the on button.

Like the ASUS...setting it up was a huge hassle. I've had an ASUS before and found it reliable and easy to use.

Got this for my Mother-in-law to replace her old laptop. Great computer and fast for what it’s worth.

Probably the most expensive laptop I have bought in recent times. My daughter wanted one and this also acts like a tablet. Once all the Windows updates were done, works very well. Battery life is good. Another fine Asus product

Excellent laptop. But disk is always 100% and slows performance. My guess it better perform with SSD

Have found this to be a solid laptop. Bought a similar one two years ago and have been pleased with it.

It was a month of purchases, this, a Lenovo Yoga laptop, an Epson printer/scanner/fax and an Epson projector. I never would have gotten through it without Andy's help in the Victor NY store. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything is working like clockwork.

Responds very well. At 14" it's easily & very comfortably used as a tablet. Excellent product.
