    Total garbage. After less than a year this computer is so slow and unusable. I had to purchase a Dell to replace this one. Takes about 10 mins to boot up, the windows operating system is unusable and very few things actually work on this computer.

    Want to waste almost $700? Im upset I never returned this. Im wondering how I can make it go faster.. it has to update 4 times a day. lord forbid you turn it off and back on you'll be waiting over an hour to just turn it on. Taking any advice to fix it.

    I had to return this computer because it had a trouble staying connected to WiFi. It would take this computer longer to print and longer to load Office 366. I am a teacher and I do not need this extra load times while the computer is trying to connect. I would not recommend this for students or teachers on the go. Has a hard time staying connected

      Dear Steve,

      I do understand the inconvenience regarding the disconnect issue with the WIFI device. Please verify if the unit is within range to an established wireless router or access point and internet service is working properly. Having a weak wireless signal and unstable internet service will definitely affect system speed and performance. Also, please verify if the unit is running with the most current system update. You may also need to go in the Device Manager, Network adapters, click on the Wireless LAN then click on the Power Management tab, unchecked the boxes and click the "OK" button to save the changes.
