I like it a lot. My only critiques are part of the keyboard is slightly indented around the j and k keys. It is pretty subtle, and I didn't notice it for about a day or two. Doesn't affect anything. I also wish it was easier to switch ram, or put in a ssd. Otherwise it was a very great value. Besides the keyboard in that area the build quality seems great.

Bought this for my wife. For college. We had an i3 8gb hard drive. This is an i5 and u can notice d difference in respond time. She loves the whole touch screen hehe. Would recommend to buy with stencil to draw.

The battery life was very poor. I got about 3 hours on it, sometimes less while browsing videos. And the laptop is slow. I've had bad experience with Asus in the past and I will not be purchasing from them again. Overall not a terrible laptop but you could pay less and get the same experience.

The size and weight are great for a laptop so capable. Gaming is something thins thing is not meant for, so I don't push it. The SSD is small in today's standards, 256GB would extend its useful life by at least a year. The touch pad is "loose" and loud when clicking. Its meant to be that way, but why? I feel like it might fall off one day.

I have had this laptop for about a month now, and it has performed very efficiently. It is fast and has a good battery life. Also, it has plenty of storage space, so it will hopefully last for several years. It's also easy to carry around. I sometimes do wish it was slightly bigger (15in), and I haven't tried everything it is capable of yet though.

I bought this computer for school and I honestly love it. Ive dropped it and not even had a scratch. It fits perfectly in my backpack and while it works for my schoolwork, I can also play games on it such as neverwinter, mtg arena, LoL and more. My only problem is sometimes the touchscreen can be weird. Overall though im really happy with it

Of course we only purchased any electronics at Best Buy due to their competitive prices as well as their customer service and other options This is not my first laptop but this is been my favorite so far

Got this for Christmas after shopping for a while. Overall I am happy and it is fast. The screen with HD clarity is awesome. Only things I wish was I wish the speakers were louder and there was a page down and page up button next to the arrow buttons like other computer keypads. Regardless, got it on sale during Christmas and I am happy for the price so far.

I dropped my old laptop and needed one for work - immediately. I traipsed over to the Best Buy and asked to see ones in my price range with at least 8 GB RAM, 1 TB hard drive, and a numeric keypad. I looked at them all and nothing wowed me until I saw this. It had everything but the numeric keypad. It took a little getting used to since I 10-key fast and accurate, but in the end, it wound up not being that big a deal. A few weeks later, my brother broke his ankle, couldn't access his desktop in the basement and wanted a portable option. He is N-O-T tech-savvy at all, and he was so pleased when he used mine that he purchased one for himself! This is an awesome, fast, functional machine and I couldn't be more happy with it!

Great PC for a decent price. I bought this for my mother who needed something for everyday browsing, pictures, and excel use. The touch screen works great and makes using a PC easier for those less experienced

Former Mac user, so maybe that's why I'm jaded. Within a month I'm already experiencing lag, and the other day the Reset button almost didn't work when the computer froze. Good value for the price, I suppose, but for such a huge investment I should have bought another Mac.

This product works well but could have been faster.

I got this because my MacBook pro from 4 years ago took a dump and I can honestly say I'm glad I made the Switch to Windows from Mac everything is so much cheaper and for what I do does everything I need.

This is a great computer. Love the touch screen feature.
