I had this computer for maybe 2 days before I decided to return it. There were a few things that turned me off: - The speakers are positioned in such a way that as I was typing my metallic watch clasp would be pulled to the computer body - There was some bloatware I wasn't expecting installed on the machine - I need to type in 2 languages, one with a different alphabet than English. On installing it kept trying to download language packs I didn't need (for languages I wasn't using, too!) and I couldn't switch between the two easily like on every other Windows machine I've used. - It ran VERY hot at times. I only had it a short while but there was one point I remember that I couldn't have it on my lap because of the heat - On trying to wipe the device before returning it wouldn't finish the process because the language packs that kept trying to install would pop up and interrupt it. This computer looked really nice on paper but I was quite disappointed with it.

The HDMI slot works fine but you cannot hook up a second monitor via the usb-c port because the usb c is 3.1 gen 1. it needs to be a USB C 3.1 gen 2. So frustrating. My 3 year old ASUS laptop was able to hook up 2 monitors and I just figured this new laptop would be the ultimate replacement. Nope. I use my old laptop 90% of the time. Not sure I would get another ASUS because of the 2 monitor issue.

So far I really like the set up of this laptop. I use it for college as well as a little gaming. I have had no problems with it besides sometimes when I turn it on it stays on the load screen and doesn't do anything. But that has only happened 2-3 times and it may have been from updating but normally there would be a loading icon when there was nothing for me. Besides those, it has worked perfectly for my needs, although it is a tad bit annoying to have to hold down "fn" when trying to hit anything on the top keys. Such as to brighten/dim keyboard lights, screen, or volume. My past computer did not require you to hold down an additional button for it to do those functions

I'm going back to school for engineering and this 2 in 1 laptop is absolutely amazing. Ram makes multitasking a breeze. Tablet mode actually useful. Nice and smooth. Slick design... this is my first Asus and I do not think I'm going to be switching back to HP anytime soon.

I bought this to replace an older model laptop. It was easy to set up. It runs quiet, the screen is bright and the graphics great! Also very fast! Love the backlight keyboard. It was a little on the pricey side but isn't everything that works well. I'd highly recommend it,.

I am an animation student at Savannah College of Art and Design and need a powerful computer for my projects. Although this doesn’t have the highest level NVIDIA dedicated graphics card, the 16GB RAM and 8th Gen Intel i7 Quad Core Processor has allowed me to meet all the requirements for a fairly reasonable price. There are computers out there that have a higher graphics cards, but what pushed me towards this one was the ability to use Windows Ink and draw directly on the screen for my storyboards and photoshop paintings.

Can play some decent games, lightweight, and good for school. Does need a good case to go with it as it isn’t the most durable

This computer has carry fast start-up, shutdown and performance comparable to my sons Alienware for about half the price.

Light and fast computer, perfect for work. It cannot manage two separate monitors

My daughter uses it everyday for online schooling these days. Only downside is it runs hot. Might be looking for the cooling board. Loves it.

Too hot. It hit 90c in thermals with just some chrome tabs open. It might have been a defective copy given otherwise high ratings, but I returned it and ended up ultimately going for the MSI PS63. It's probably a great laptop, just not for me.

Cool computer laptop. Enjoyed the 2-in-1 features and overall operates fantastically. Didnt keep beacause i wanted a smaller computer overall great though.

Unbelievably fast boot up. Default settings for text and desktop icons are enlarged to reduce eyestrain, perfect for my old age eyes. Keyboard keys are large enough that I no longer hit 2 keys at the same time. Overall, a great piece of equipment and worth the slightly higher price. Screen contrast is great although I did dial down the color brightness - now it's perfect. Love, love, love the fingerprint login! Only 1 negative, when playing 1 of my favorite games the acceleration activates which generates noise. It's a low sound but I notice it every time (sounds like rain).

I purchased this computer for my son who is going to college and it works well and meets his needs. It was very easy to setup right out of the box.

Setting it up was easy breezy. I just loved it the first time I turned it on and set it up. It was a great buy.

So far the computer works well and has lots of storage yet is lightweight.

Everything seems to work, no major issues yet. Looks good, nice and slim!

Great display, lot's of power and just what I was looking for!

I am really enjoying this ASUS laptop. I've owned ASUS laptops before and I've always been satisfied with them. Its fast light and the battery lasts a long time. I run modeling and programming software and it seems more then capable, so far at being able to run them.

It is cheap considering that it has a i7, 16 ram, 512 ssd and a gforce
