Great price for Black Friday deal. Good battery life too only downside to me is the keys are the same color as the laptop (silver) with white letters so it can be kinda hard to see in the light

I loved it from the start. It’s a great product it has a parent control and it is very fun. You can play games and research things and it’s a great device.

Chromebook caught fire.

I barely even used this. Bought it open box from best buy and they supplied me with the wrong charger. Wouldn't even listen to me at the store and made me leave after trying to get answers about what to do. Don't buy.

I was coming from an Acer CB with i5 chip, 8 GB RAM, and much higher resolution touchscreen (but that Acer screen start having issues at 14 months). Other than the screen quality, this thing is just as fast. I am thrilled with the performance and battery life which is much longer with lower res screen and less power hungry chip. I think having at least 8 GB RAM is key. For $179 Black Friday deal, I am thrilled with purchase. For this price, screen quality is good.
