This laptop has fulfilled all of my computer needs. It has a great touch screen for navigation and editing, the graphics card is not the ultra elite of gaming cards but it is excellent for the light gaming that I do. I love this new laptop.

I would have never thought a laptop/tablet would perform the way this Asus do. Wow! It's a great add to my electronic collection. Besides getting work done I also use this as my media center. Great machine two thumbs up...

This is my first Asus brand computer, but I love that it doesn't slow down when i have it in my lap. liek with any new equipment the touch of the mouse pad and keyboard take a short adjustment the overall computer puts my last one to shame!

I wasn't planning to buy this laptop but the features, build quality and a couple references said they liked ASUS. I'm still learning it's capabilities. Screen quality is excellent. Keypad could be better but it's not bad

So far we have no bought 4 of these laptops in the past month and everyone is happy with them. We play alot of online games and this system is more than capable of handling that without having to lower the settings in those games too much.

This laptop is fast, and it looks good. The problem I encountered so far, is related to the face recognition login. It doesn't work if there's somebody else behind me, even if that person is around 2 feet from my location.

At the time of writing, this notebook is easily one of the most powerful notebooks OR desktop devices out there. 2 TB Hard drive AND 512GB SSD, as well as Intel i7 processor, 4K touch display and 16 GB RAM, all in a 2-1 notebook form factor is really hard to beat. Start up & Log-in with Windows Hello is insanely fast (when it recognizes you) thanks to SSD. Overall, the whole user experience is just very smooth. Set up was uneventful and sound / video are quite good for a device of this size. No complaints about the machine to date. Very satisfied, especially considering the price point (I bought it at $1,299, but I believe it is currently back at $1,399). Still, considering the 2.5 TB storage (including SSD), I would buy it again without hesitation, even at the higher price point.

Bought this for my son who is going to start college. He needed something that could handle engineering courses. He loves this computer and the fact it has HDD and SSD. Bought this as an open box product. That saved $400.

It super fast, runs smoothly and has an abundance of HDD and RAM only issues I've encountered so far is the default ASUS driver for tablet mode doesn't work and older software looks tiny dure to the 3200+ resolution. Great buy.

I enjoy using this laptop and comes with great features. I had other laptops and experience lots of lag. This computer keeps up with multiple programs that I have open. I was lucky to get this on clearance.

I bought this computer to be used as a mobile app developing platform and I am amazed at the speed of compiling. It boots up super fast and similarly shuts down fast. I recommend this computer highly and without reservation

I have not had this computer very long, but so far, so good. All my programs loaded up without any problems. It is behaving the way I expect it to behave. I a very happy so far and would recommend this computer.

Bought this to upload my GoPro videos and it works perfect for it. Handles the 4K videos flawlessly and they look awesome on the screen. 4K video still takes a while, which is going to happen with any machine at this point.

This is a great laptop. I was able to take it with me on a trip and work while enjoying time with family as well. The touchscreen is a nice feature and the screen itself is large and very easy to work with.

Better than my last laptop. The only thing I miss is the onboard CD drive. It's so thin there is no room for the CD drive so I had to buy an external drive. Don't use the touch screen often but it's a nice feature.

My old pc crashed. I needed to purchase a pc powerful enough that I could use Adobe Photoshop CS6 on. I really like this pc but having a bit of a learning curve since I had Windows 7 and now have 10.

For the price, the hardware on this portable power house almost seemed too good to be true. I'm a huge fan of buying refurbished for the discount and it allows those of us on a budget access to devices that may be beyond our price range at full retail. I would like to stress also that I am impressed with how the transaction was handled both at initial sell and at eventual return. The management staff at the Myrtle Beach location have always exhibited great care for the customer experience. The issues with the system were: 1. The bottom case was missing three screws with a fourth barely hanging on by a digital prayer. 2. The system is registered to somebody else according to ASUS. 3. System has a BIOS loaded for the q534UXK. all documentation states this is q534ux. Asus website differentiates the bios for the two systems. I initially wanted to see if it would be possible to get this laptop back to original operating standards, but gave up on that when the manufacturer support was excruciatingly limiting. I can't expect Best Buy to provide support for a product that the manufacturer could not. First initial contact to ASUS via phone, while pleasant only resulted in a request for proof of purchase to resolve previous owner issue and a noncommittal answer on the intended BIOS. They stated,"the bios that is on this system is the one that shipped with it" prior to even validating what was actually on the system. Second contact to ASUS via phone resulted in confirmation of previous owners registration info being removed and was told I could not obtain replacements for the missing screws. These were not available for purchase even. Third communication with ASUS was a plea for confirmation via email of which BIOS should be on this system with suggested steps to correct if necessary. Resulting email confirmed the BIOS and some of the utilities currently installed were never intended for this system which could result in system failure. The steps to correct were not very optimistic. Any troubleshooting step that starts with "If...." should be taken as not likely going to resolve your issue. I did have an appointment scheduled with the Geek Squad to address my concerns, but after getting no where with the manufacturer, used that time to return the item instead. Again the staff was exceptional with handling the return, notating what issues were present.

This is my second ASUS computer and I love it ...with it being solid state, it is much faster than my previous one .I bought this one approximately two months ,and so far no problems ...a great product

Very well designed mid-range 4K touchscreen laptop. Asus always makes quality and leading edge motherboards and now laptops. They also do not clutter your PC or laptop with dozens of pre-loaded software.
