It is a quality laptop that meets most modern business and home needs. Ill update this after i used it for a while, but so far it is worth the money

I'm very pleased with lightening quick speed of this machine. Money well spent. Other machines/brands of similar specs were far more expensive. Very satisfied!

Great laptop, easy to switch modes,. The battery lasts a long time and screens are a good size. Only annoyance has been moving my Microsoft license.

got tired of the wide kvetching about her old unit so splurged for this one.. love it when she points to the screen and activates the touch screen function LOL

Everything except for the size of the computer is good. Truth is that I would like it to be slightly smaller. Great all around computer though.

I was excited to purchase when I was told it was the best PC in the store, even over Mac computers. For the price of approximately $1500 I had high expectations. The SSD that is supposed to be a major upgrade to the HDD went bad in 14 months, just outside the 12 month warranty. Also, quite quickly I had some bugs with the flip function of this. Screen wouldn't rotate. Had to speak with ASUS support and install new drivers.

Extremely happy with my purchase! Well worth the money. Very high quality computer and I am looking forward to not having to replace it in just a few years!!

I have bought two of these in a span of one week after being so impressed with the first one. great computer and the price can't be beat.

Laptop is good but it is so difficult to get a charger. The one that came with the computer conked out and have not been able to find it ever since. Even with the Best Buy warranty they were not able to get me a replacement even when I was ready to buy a replacement.

So far I am very happy with this machine, it is fully loaded and tons of features for the money. I don't think we will outgrow this thing any time soon.

Would return for refund if I had not been past my 30 day elite time period. I suppose I'm stuck with it the next few years. There are many things I like, but much more I do NOT like about this system and I see myself taking this in soon to check about needed repairs. I do not feel it worth the big price difference from a lower priced Asus. The touchscreen doesn't always work well, is not very sensitive and often I'm having to tap tap tap. The touchpad is not as sensitive to work as it should be either and I am also having to reposition my fingers to get just the right area to click on before it will respond. Some of the number pad keys do not work all the time. The decimal point doesn't work. The onboard sound is very low so they give you a "sonic master" plug in speaker which distorts normal sounds and I do not like. I'd rather have a more powerful speaker onboard than more baggage. There is no DSL port, so it's strictly wifi. I don't care for that. It's not seemingly any faster than my i6 and overall I am very disappointed to have paid such a high price for this laptop. Maybe I got a lemon, but I would definitely not recommend this system. And for those who care, fingerprints show up really bad on this system everywhere.

Working great. Win10 still has minor problems but updates so far all smooth On/off button: only needs fingertip touch otherwise it will stick inside

Laptop is amazing, runs quietly, no problem with the 4k touch screen. biggest downside is the 5h battery life and the trackpad occasionally sticks.

The size of this laptop is perfect I don't care so much about the flip option but it's okay the screen is nice and tight she's a great little laptop.

As an engineering student, this computer does everything I need it to - for a great price! And the staff that helped me at Best Buy were great!

This is a great lap top for the most part but it does have issues with a couple older softwares and some apps will start but not open

Excellent machine for developers. The screen blinks sometimes, the mouse pad is very bad, but it is a good option because of its hardware.

This is a really good laptop, using a usb-c dock to run multiple monitors. I work in product development and this handles all of my needs.
