Photography is a hobby for me and i wanted UHD and needed lot of storage. This computer had all of that at a price that nobody else came close to. Having a touch screen was an unexpected huge bonus. I have used a lot of Asus components so the brand was another plus. I don't know about gaming but for any graphics or video this is a great computer.

Nice and fast. Went from a Mac to this PC and hands down this was the best decision I made.

I've had this laptop for the past few years and I love it. No issues with its performance at all. For it to be 3 years old and still performing great says a lot about the quality and components. The reason I gave this laptop 4 stars (and not 5) is because the only problem with it (possibly a design flaw) is the hinge that allows the laptop to open and close. It puts pressure on the keyboard half or display half when opening and closing causing the those areas to split / pry open; causing it to eventually breaking open....which in turn causes issues with the charging port and charging the laptop. This is the only issue and it appears that ASUS is aware of that issue because all of the models that came out after this have a rectangular shaped hinge and not the roundish shaped hinge. ASUS should do a recall to fix / upgrade the hinge. I definitely would recommend ASUS laptops (the newer ones) but not this model due to the hinge issue.

It has great video. Netflix looks great on it. I can play my Sims 3 and 4 on it .

Starts up and shuts down quickly. Doesn't lock up. Cortana equipped. Windows 10 is pretty good, as well. This coming from a Mac user. Only issue I have is it takes a bit to recognize my printer/scanner after it is reconnected to my network. It's an Epson WorkForce WF-4740, though, so I'm not sure if that's an issue or not with other users. I'm sure I'm using it beyond its design, as I live out of hotels working on the road. Constantly unpacking/repacking and rarely in the same spot.

Is very fast. The 4K resolution is very clear. It comes with plenty of extras.

I hate to buy a new laptop and the 3 days following of pure agony! But this one is so good, I bought another for wife. No regrets. And I recommend this type of Asus to my clients. Main drive is 518gb SSD and D is mech at 1tb. Will watch for d drive as ssd!

This laptop has a whole lot of storage space, just make sure you save extensive files on the HDD, most things you download go to the SSD, but can easily be transferred to the HDD with one click. Save the SSD for windows and other items you want to run fast. All my iTunes movies are on the HDD.

Love how fast and efficient it works. This is my first Asus laptop.

Bought this one for my personal use and am running the full 4K screen resolution. I cannot believe how little this cost me. I am SUPER HAPPY with it to date.

Looking for a new laptop, I found several options I wanted between various makes and models. This machine actual scored on every one. I got my i7 processor, plenty of ram and storage, 2-in-1 functioning, great picture, touchscreen, and pen compatible. Works well, and appears solidly built.

I checked out the top rated laptops before I purchased anything. It came down to the Dell vs. Asus. The Asus had the same specs for much less money. The Dell's only advantage was that it had a smaller footprint with no border. It was an easy choice when I saw the ASUS discounted on Best Buy.

This seems like a really good laptop if you don't need long battery. Has great speed and features. Battery seems like it will only last about 2.5 hours on average. If you can be close to an outlet for the power supply then go for it. I did return the computer because of the battery life, but sure hated to.

Laptop is fast and has been doing well so far. Audio is very good even without the attached speaker, The 4K screen is exceptional. Only complaint is that battery life could be better.

Best bang for the buck. 4K resolution is great. SSD boots up super fast. This thing is packed in features and priced below the competition with anything comparable. Only negative is the speakers are not great, but I use a Bluetooth connected speaker, so that is irrelevant.

Needed a laptop with 16gb or RAM that performs well for multiple applications and this ASUS sure fits the bill! I love it and the Best Buy staff worked their hardest to get the best deal for me and make sure I got everything I needed for it! I use it for work and regular use and am not disappointed! It has an amazing screen and clarity as well as a very durable case!
