Good laptop. A little heavy but to be expected for such a large screen. Trackpad too sensitive and no way to change it.

Great computer... after my 4 trips to geek squad to try and fix it. Turns out it wouldn't connect to a WiFi signal for very long and you would end up restarting it; or it would blue screen. Either way, my 4th time around they reset the operating system and it works fairly well now, just not $900 well

was not told that item was going on sale a few days later . very disappointed .

Bought this Laptop after Christmas. Had several issues with making recovery disc. Called Toshiba twice received two different answers that were both incorrect. Windows 10 was installed on the laptop but does not seem compatible. Could not get the apps to work. Finally decided to return.

Bought for my daughter so far she like it. Nice product

Keyboard gets funky sometimes, otherwise I like it.

George, in Milford, MA is an amazing computer sales representative. He is an incredible asset for Best Buy. George went above and beyond to help me with my tight budget and was able to find me this ASUS that had been returned but had no box or papers but was in mint condition. George was so knowledgeable and patient. He puts the "Best" in Best Buy!

Great machine when I first purchased. I updated the ram from 6-12 GB back in 2017. Now in 2021 it is very slow and sluggish.

Great computer but sometimes an issue using trackpad mouse.

Laptop died after a week of use. Had to return laptop to Best Buy to replace.

This has not performed to out expectations and possibly looking to replace.

I don't understand the rave reviews I hear from ASUS products. After owning a tablet and this laptop I see just another electronics company. My biggest problem is that the laptop will not keep settings. In particular the Asus SmartTouch won't keep your preferences. I prefer a reverse scroll but this won't keep that setting for longer than a session. Every time you log in you have to reset it. It is getting to the point where it won't even work. I've had go to a wireless mouse at this point. As many hassles I've had I would not buy this product again.

Especially love the performance of the aluminum housing.

Absolute garbage out of the box. And by morning, unusable. Back to the store within 18 hours.

Still learning all of it's features . So Far I find doing great.

Pros: unit is lightweight, sturdy case can take a beating, Long Battery Life (6ish Hours depending), Fantastic display the colors are very vibrant and sharp, 2-in-1 design is great (doesn't slip on the table, touchpad and mouse turn off once you flip it), Specs are perfect for an all-around general use computer, 3 brightness settings for the keyboard, for a thinner laptop it still has a standard RJ45 ethernet port 1Cons: Charges sort of slow, Fingerprint magnet (all over the case not just the screen), Keyboard is cheap and the buttons seem farther apart than usual, Mousepad is hard to use (press on the entire thing for left click and in one corner only for right click. harder to press higher up on the pad), Power button is right next to volume (can be inconvenient), Battery is internal must open case to remove/upgrade, the headphones port is right where your mouse would be, right in the middle it gets in the way.
