I have one issue with the laptop constantly dropping the wifi signal. After reading reviews on Bestbuy it appears to be known issue. I hope Asus is able to fix the issue. A great laptop so far.

I got this for a great price and was very excited to start using it. Right out of the box it had severe "ghost touch" problems. I spent 2 days with it - setting it up, etc., but the ghost touches just made it completely unusable. Restored to factory settings to make sure and the same problem came right back before I could get through initial setup. Out of fear of the problem creeping up 1 day out of warranty on a replacement or just countless returns, I returned it for a refund. Serious disappointment for a problem that should have been caught before it left the factory.

This is the first laptop I have ever purchased that has issues staying connected to WIFI and no the issue is not with my modem or router or location within my house. Multiple other devices never lose connectivity. It is just this laptop. Next time around, i will be getting another Toshiba or Lenovo since I never had issues with either of those brands.

Had to go through 2 other laptops that failed before purchasing this one. Very pleased with everything for the price.

I was not excited about a new computer or it's price tag. However, the sales associate really listened to what I needed and wanted and I wound up with this laptop. Adjusting to Windows 10 was a slight challenge, but I am in love with this laptop. I can flip it to a tablet and highlight PDFs with my finger, I can tent it to watch Netflixs and discovered I can even draw directly on webpages and documents with my finger. I haven't quite figured out Cortana yet, but the search bar helps me locate anything I cannot find in the apps. Very slim, yet durable.

I have had this laptop for a year now and it constantly is glitchy and unreliable. I bought this because it was a recommendation from the best buy staff. I have had periods of time where my laptop cannot find WiFi and I had to call Asus every time and complete a lengthy procedure to fix it. Now only my touch screen keyboard works and I spent hours on the phone with Asus to have them tell me I need to send it in. As a college student, I can not be without a computer for a week. Bottom line is that this computer is slow, glitchy, and unreliable. Don't buy!

Windows 10 was installed but I was unable to change the settings. It kept asking for a product key to activate it. I took the computer to the geek squad and the first question I was asked was if I purchased the protection plan. I did not, although the geek squad said they could fix it over the phone because they stand behind their product. Not true.The guy in the store said they could not fix it but I could exchange it. I could not exchange it because it is no longer available so I return it. They simply could have renstalled it.

Asus is my new up and coming brand for laptops and tablets and this one did not disappoint. Plan to remove the HDD and replace with a SSD so it will run cooler and longer. Like the big, full keyboard

Disappointed, with all the memory it is very slow to react to commands. I do not understand how it can be slower than my older Toshiba with less memory . You wait and wait for each command many seconds - it will drive you crazy. Going to exchange to another

works like new and my son plays it a lot great computer

I wanted a new laptop for school and I love this one!
