Thought I would like the MacPro because I currently use I-Pad in the classroom and own an I-Phone 6. The Computer, however, was a nightmare; plus it was way over-priced and any regular software needed was extra $. This Asus is a dream and most of the world functions in the PC not Apple mode, so Microsoft and Word and printers and external hardrive saving devices all talk to this wonderful little laptop. It's powerful and easy to use and has all the "bells and whistles" to make my life efficient and pleasurable when doing my professional work. The price is right for all its great tech stuff! Highly recommend this. It's also lightweight and has a flip-keyboard to stand it up. Sweet!!!!!

I really like this device. Purchased for the wife, who wanted something more modern with a touch screen. This fit the bill. She loves it. Happy wife, happy life. Only complaint is the built in power saving features seem to kick in and dim the screen at odd times, it doesnt really seem to be in sync with the power save settings. This could be a video driver issue that will hopefully be corrected at some point, but that small hiccup does not diminish in how awesome this laptop is.

Found this laptop to be a good unit for basic business use. A bit heavy but has good startup speed, and a good display; battery use is adequate - even when using the touch screen. Keyboard is difficult to see in daylight. One downside is the charger - it gets very hot and takes a bit of time to get to full charge.

bought this computer about a week ago and I couldn't be more pleased.It is super fast and I love the way I can turn it into a tablet..maybe a bit to heavy some some but if you like laptops with a bit of weight to it then look no further.great pc for a good price.would've given it 5 stars if the speakers were a bit louder.just a little heads up for the music lovers

My ASUS Q502L laptop won't win any awards for being light-as-a-feather, but it won't blow off your desktop either. And: It runs cool as a cucumber. Has great battery life. Beautiful display. Makes no noise. And is mechanically very strong.

I needed a new laptop for school and I was searching for an I5 with at least 8gig of ram. The sales person was excellent in helping me locate the best computer for my budget with no pressure towards one product over another. Once I made my selection the sale associate even informed me of a rebate. I was impressed by the no sales pressure and willingness to provide great customer service. Oh, did I mention the computer is great. I loved the fact that it already came preloaded with windows 10. As soon as this semester is over I might even get to try out some games with the flip screen. Great product.

Amazing screen resolution. Touch screen feature is handy and user friendly. Windows 10 takes some getting used to (sometines frustrating since WAY different) but I am learning! Love the keyboard touch, the light up feature is a must. Light weight, versatile, durable. Battery life shorter than I'm accustomed too but an easily resolved issue.

Performance is great but I did a modification on it and changed the HDD with an SSD.

Bought for my son for college. He loves the lightweight portability, yet still durable for college kids. Excellent speed and memory.

Have had no issues as yet. Power up was imeadiate and unit has been very quick and responsive since day one. All the apps that came with the unit work fine and the free anti- virus software loaded quickly and without any issues. This unit is just the right size and seems to have a good deal of usable battery life. So far so good, it's just as advertised.

Can't beat this laptop for the price. 8GB of memory, 1Tb hard drive, 2 in 1, 1080p screen and Touch Screen! Don't hesitate!

This has served well. Love that it is touch screen and that I can turn it into tablet mode, although I haven't really used that feature. It is well constructed and I travel with it all the time. This was an open-box item and it has held up extremely well-- no issues with it. The down side of being open box is that it is registered in the former owner's name. However, with Geek Squad, I can get all the help I need, if needed!

It s a great laptop for a gamer as well. It has a substantial memory and acts as a PC and a smart device.

Function keys cannot be swapped, system sleep in WIN 10 does not work. Laptop will not wake up from sleep (or hibernate) in spite of extensive troubleshooting. (I am a school district computer tech, not a rookie). ASUS does not offer a solution other than system restore. My system is clean and has minimal software installed. Sleep worked initially, stopped working over a span of about two weeks becoming more unreliable. Now never wakes up. Switching from tablet to desktop mode is also sometimes troublesome... many nagging issues that make the experience less than seamless. Otherwise... the laptop runs fine, good performance, as long as I keep sleep turned off, and don't switch to tablet mode.

When looking for a new computer. I was torn on purchasing a HP or the Asus. The Best Buy salesman highly recommend the Asus. So after some thought, I decided to trust him. And I purchased the Asus over the HP. The price was reasonable compared to many of the other laptops that I was looking at. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

This is a great laptop and tablet. It's the third one I've purchased this year. I have been very satisfied with Asus PC's. Well built, quality PC's. Many options; USB ports, HDMI, RJ45, 3.5mm, SD card slot as well as AC wireless and Bluetooth 4.0. They run great; make solid wireless connections, great on Skype and speakers sound very good. Overall I am very pleased with my latest purchase, except one small flaw. This last laptop came with Windows 10 (which is terrible because it's constantly updating and does not have all drivers...almost like it's always in beta form). Windows 8.1 is much better; more stable, more secure, faster, and easier to navigate. I'll probably be rolling back to Windows 8.1. Not to mention with Windows 10 Home, you don't have any control over the updates; they happen regardless of your desire.

As a student I needed a new laptop. The promotion was great at almost 30% off. The unit also came with office 365 for one year and one year of antivirus. Can't complain! Only concern I have is Asus customer service which is considered one of the worst in the country. With that so far after one month I have not had an issue with the system.

Laptop has a ton of memory and fast processing speed, graphics are good - overall I'm quite happy with it. First one I received crashed on the first day of use and Best Buy was great about replacing it with one new in box.

Like how lightweight it is for a laptop. Runs quickly. Very happy with purchase.
