I like the 2-in-1 compatibility this computer offers. The light up keyboard is nice when I'm in a dark room and the resolution is very good. A huge problem with this model is that it is so slow. That is an understatement. I constantly have to exit out and reload the webpage in hopes that SOMETHING will actually load. It takes, on average, about three tries to get the whole webpage to appear. My iTunes isn't working either which is a pain in the behind. I think because this is a 2-in-1 computer it's not fast in the slightest. It is nice to have the touch screen, but it isn't necessary. My advice, skip this model.

This is replacing a Dell Inspiron. So far I like it, especially since it is Windows 10 and not 8. I am used to Vista so I'm having to work at it a little but think it will be a good replacement.

Overall this product is doing as advertised. It is used for small business purposes noting heavy. Touch screen is nice easy to carry and not too complicated to pick up. It has new windows so everything not compatible just yet. Overall a decent unit.

I was not sure I wanted to go with an ASUS since I didn't know much about them. Had all the features I wanted and was a great deal. So far I am very happy. Easy to setup, recognized my printers, worked well right out of the box, and is fast. Will serve me well!

Different reps at Best Buy recommended the ASUS to replace my extremely old Dell laptop. I opted for a slightly bigger model than my current one and couldn't be happier. The keyboard has a nice touch and the screen is crystal clear. Plus, the people at Best Buy were helpful and patient as I asked question after question.

This is one awesome laptop. It has a super comfortable keyboard which includes a number pad and is backlit. Only wish the "zero" key were larger but I am quickly getting used to it. Love the touch screen option which helps so much with the fine print on some sites. It has tons of features that I am still discovering.

I purchased the ASUS 2-1 laptop for my son to go off to college. He likes the compatibility with the college IT system and touch screen. He uses it as a screen to watch net flicks. I would recommend this for a student.

This is a great computer for your everyday general use. Fairly simple to navigate with great speed.

I use this for working on cars, much easier to drive with in tablet mode than my previous laptop. Windows 10 is very fast, just getting used to the apps. I have to admit the only thing I miss is the DVD drive.

I purchased this product for my friend who needed a laptop for her MBA. Upon turning the laptop on, it was very easy to use as it had a great interface with Windows 10 pre-installed. It is very sleek, quiet, and well designed. The only issue I have is that sometimes the touchscreen function does not work, and I would have to restart the laptop to make it work again. After a recent update, it seems this issue has been fixed, but I am still concerned this problem will return. Luckily, it comes with a one year warranty should anything happen.

The 2 in 1 gives me the laptop that I need for work and some peripherals (USB ports) and a tablet. It's heavy that a tablet but more functional for me. 5 stars if it had a built in cd drive.

I purchased this computer after spending time at Best Buy's computer department playing with similar priced notebook computers. I liked the features of this computer especially the screen resolution. Since it came with windows 10 it was ready to go. I am pleased with my purchase.

I like the touch screen and how it goes from laptop to tablet. Love the key board with separate number pad included. Lots of storage and Windows 10 runs great. Start up time is astounding. Is a bit large for my book bag though. Heavy to carry. But doable.

Love the touch screen. Enjoying this computer. Only complaint is the mouse freezes sometimes. Otherwise great computer!

I love using this laptop right out the box, battery is good. & I love the touchscreen. I would recommend it to anyone. It's work great for my video editing & all.

This is a great computer! The 2-1 aspect is awesome! Nice CPU (Corei5) and Ram (8 GB). Came with Windows 10 pre-installed. Easy to switch from Notebook to Tablet. Also, I got a great on this laptop (using coupon, gift cards, and sale price)

This laptop is great for me. I have it for personal use only. I definitely was looking for the touchscreen feature, which I'm loving. The backlit keyboard is also nice. Windows 10 is new to me, so I am still in the trial and error stage!

I am not a techie....I truly believe that the GEEK SQUAD was invented for older folks like me.....we love those guys who know it all...!! I had a DELL laptop that was barely 5 yrs old, and it was full of bad quirks. When I went in to BB, I let the sales person give me the best laptop for the best price, knowing that I"m not going to be doing oodles of office work, just basic home office and my volunteer work. It's been great so far, and the switch to Windows 10 was a breeze. This will probably turn out to be the best laptop I've had, just because I called it "basic"!
