Windows 10 was factory installed and my transition from Windows 8 to 10 was seamless. I was a little concerned about the strength of the hinge because it can flip into a tablet, but, no worries, it is very well made.

Am trying to find my way around it... did have good support from Travis..the GEEK guy who was most helpful yesterday....but I'm still fighting the fog!

Not Happy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased our first Asus computer in August 2015 and within the first month had to visit the Best Buy geeks more than six times for the same problem. At that point Best Buy did replace our computer with another brand-new computer of our choice. We chose the same computer as they assured us that the other ASUS COMPUTERS had not shown this problem before. Unfortunately within a week of purchasing the second Asus it had the exact same problem. It seems every time an update would come in to the computer it would completely kick out the mouse driver, which totally disabled the mouse. In order for us to fix this problem it required us to completely delete The mouse driver from our computer and then reload it every single time. When this happened the second time we return the computer immediately and bought a third computer..... Not an ASUS!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
