A good laptop

I returned the computer and bought the same one, which has worked perfectly. The touch screen had issues at first, but those all have worked out in current updates to 10.

We were there to purchase a laptop and software for our daughter for her first year of college. We left the store with the computer up and running. Our support guys name was Glory, not only was he helpful, but extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. So, thank you so much for making this stressful time a little bit easier.

Great computer when it works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had a few problems with the scroll just not working, I have to completely uninstall then reinstall the mouse to make it work. The scroll has also acted up with an annoying delay, and recently it's started to freezing in the middle of opening my emails.

Pretty good item

I am still getting used to Windows 10, I have always been on Windows 7 or older. The only thing I don't like is the volume, I can barely hear anything if I'm in a car, doesn't seem like it goes that loud.

Great laptop for high school student
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We originally went to Best Buy to purchase a cheaper laptop but after talking to a Best Buy team member, we discovered the computer we were going to purchase did not have sufficient ram to run the programs we needed. He was very helpful and found several computers in a range of prices that would work for us. We chose the ASUS and are very pleased with it.
