I bought this for school because I wanted something portable, yet with a full keyboard for my large hands. It has done everything I needed it to do with minimal problems. The few problems I've had were due to me not being familiar with Windows 10.

The computer is so fast and easy to use. I am new to windows 10

We had been shopping around for a new computer, going back and forth on whether to get a laptop or not. This was the one we settled on, despite not knowing anything about ASUS computers. The Best Buy salesperson was very knowledgeable and told us what to steer clear of, while explaining the benefits of this ASUS model. It was a very good choice for us.

It was really easy to use I like how it automatically switches to tablet mode easily and the graphics are pretty good it could be a little louder but overall it's a really good laptop

The specs were all adequate, but I picked this up mainly for quality and size of keyboard and quality and size of screen. So far it has met all expectations. Docked one star for incredible slowness with which it installed Microsoft Office.

Great computer packed with all of the features of much more expensive brands for a much lower price. The only issue I have is with Windows 10 being glitchy especially with the wifi but that is a problem across the product.

This laptop was purchased after my Toshiba laptop completely stopped working after 18 months. What a nightmare purchase that was. Never again Toshiba. This ASUS laptop is nice. Has lots of features and more memory than most laptops in this price range. I did my research, ended up with this and have been happy ever since.

After looking for a replacement for my Sony laptop, I decided on a Asus laptop. I love this laptop, the only issue I have is with one key that even that it works it not sticking up like the rest of the keys on the keyboard.

The speed screen I am very happy with the purchase

its a pretty good computer, I don't play games that require lots of power and space. I browse the internet and social media, check emails and such I do play a few games on Facebook. so this computer meets my needs

Reasonable laptop at a reasonable price. The touchscreen is touchy sometimes your cursor will skip around the screen without you touching anything on the computer

I purchased this computer mainly for checking emails and online shopping. It was very easy to set up and very easy to use. I am not much of a computer literate type person but I am quite happy with this laptop.

I looked at different brands, and went with the ASUS, and am glad I did. The presentation of the data on the screen and the ease of the usability is great. Best Buy was great, and completed the transfer of data. I have a difficult time with too many steps on a computer, and this laptop is easy to navigate.

This lap top had been amazing. I haven't updated my tech in a very long time. This computer has been just the best at getting me back up to speed. It had windows 10 and the tablet feature is great, when you flip the screen. Very pleased.

Everything about the laptop is good except that when you try playing a DVD you would have to buy a different app instead of being able to use your Microsoft Windows Media Player. That's just dumb about it.
