The Asus 2 in 1 is a great computer. This is my first purchase of an Asus computer. I was a bit apprehensive about the brand but upon close inspection, the build quality is comparable to some of the best computers like Dell and HP.

This computer was purchased for my son for online gaming, video editing, and, of course, school. He has used it for all three with great success. All in all, it is working well. However, the online registration process with ASUS has us stumped - it asks for the Model Name, not number. We have yet to find it.

I purchased my first ASUS laptop 5 years ago from Best Buy. It was the best laptop I could find for the money and it turned out to serve me well as I use a laptop several times each day. It crashed recently and fortunately all of the data on the hard drive was intact. When I chose a new laptop I was very comfortable choosing an ASUS. This one too, was the best value for the money.

This laptop brand has been used by my sister who is a high school teacher in Mexico. She told me I needed to get me one for when I go back to school so I did. This brand is one of the most well-known for speed and high quality. So I had to take advantage of the great promotion price back in December. It would make a great possession to any college student.

The laptop is great, and just what I needed. Has great power and so much room for storage for a laptop. I was EXTREMELY upset by the service at Best Buy though. I originally purchased a different laptop, and was using a $100.00 coupon to help pay for it. I asked the employee if I didn't think it was what I wanted would I be able to exchange it for the one I am reviewing and still be able to use my coupon. He assured me that I would have no problem. I came back the next day and tried to exchange it and was told I could not use the coupon for my new laptop because it was a one time use code and it would take a week for the system to recognize that the coupon was returned. I was told to come back in 3-5 days and then I could get my $100.00 refunded to me. I did return, and was told that they don't do that, and I could return the laptop if I wanted, but I would not be allowed to use the coupon twice. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEST BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far the ASUS has performed extremely well and is really fast. It was even better since it came with Windows 10. Serves my every need and is quite light in weight and has much more that I figured with the new type of USB connector, Ethernet attachment and 2 normal and one high-speed USB terminal. I would recommend this item to anyone.

This is a very good laptop that does everything I need in a laptop. The touch screen is very user friendly. the only problem is it takes a bit long to come on when initially starting computer.

Like the screen, HATE the way too small turn on-off button. Keyboard feels good. Had a hard time finding where to get a user manual .

I happened to get this discounted because it was open box, and it performs pretty well. The only thing to be aware of for these 2-in-1s is that apparently Windows 10 hibernate settings can lock up the machine if you close and re-open the lid several times, and Geek Squad says the solution was to just make sure the computer gets rebooted properly at least once a week (which I've tried and haven't had any problems yet).

Very clear resolution & fairly easy to use. The interface is a little confusing but I'm sure I'll pick it up. It's great for projects. The speed & the touch screen are great!

I used to buy HP products but had serious issues with my last purchase. The brand was recommended to me by an employee while I was trying to get my HP working. This computer is easy to use and the touchscreen works well. Sometimes the curser gets deactivated, but is easily restored by pressing fn+f9 key.

It was kind of hard to decide what to load as apps and what to load as programs. Nice to have the keyboard and touch screen options. Still adjusting to Windows 10 though.

I do a lot of engineering work on a software that is very demanding. At first, the graphics card acted glitchy but I found out the current graphics driver bumps heads with Windows 10 and doesn't allow it to work properly. I downloaded a new driver update off of Intel's website and my computer has been working amazing, graphics card perfect now.

This was an open box, so the price was great. PROS: Great price, love the touch screen and backlit keyboard, fast, beautiful screen resolution. CONS: No disc drive, no recovery partition That being said....the OS needed to be reinstalled. I did not know there wasn't a recovery partition and since it didn't have a disc drive I didn't make recovery discs. Overall a good computer.

I purchased this laptop for my online classes. It's fast, sleek and comes with tons of storage. This laptop is very durable, worth every penny I spent on it.

This is an excellent laptop. I love the 2-in-1 tablet/laptop feature, and this is my first touchscreen on a computer. The flexibility assists me greatly ( I have some disabilities). I've had it a couple of months now--bought one of the first units that arrived at the local Best Buy.

I've been quite satisfied with my first laptop. I reviewed many laptops and ASUS as a brand consistently ranked near the top at the price range I was shopping at. It met all my basic needs and had all the features I was looking for at my price. I'm really pleased with my 2 in 1.

Well documented once I realized all the doc is on the hard drive or the web. No hardcopy in the box; a little alarming. ASUS has nice features. Windows 10 seems far more robust than XP. Startup is far quicker than any desktop, laptop, or tablet I have used before.

Upgraded from a 5yr old Dell running Windows 7. Loved the look and feel of Windows 10. It's a nice mix of Windows 7 and 8.1. Easy to change things around. I purchased this laptop after returning the 12GB version which was crashing non-stop. I love it!! You're up and running in seconds. The backlit keyboard is a BIG plus. Touchscreen is responsive and works well. Two issues caused me to give it a 4 review. 1) The power button is on the side. If I don't hit it just right, it doesn't want to turn on. There are also some issues with sleep/hibernate and power with Windows 10 that can cause ugly restarts from Sleep. 2) When typing, the pointer will occasionally move to another location. Not certain if this is an ASUS issue or something with Windows 10, or me hitting the touchpad without realizing it.

Never used laptop before this purchase. Based on customer service rep's advice, bought an ASUS laptop w/printer. So far very satisfied with purchase. Enjoy the convenience, wish we'd done this sooner.
