I've only had the laptop a month but it has done everything I've needed it to do. The only problem I have noticed is when playing a video the screen will flicker. It's not constant and it's not with every video but it can be annoying. I'm sure I have a few video card updates to download that would take care of the problem but I either keep forgetting or just don't have the time. Otherwise, it does it's job just fine.

I love this computer. It is very easy to set up and use. The keyboard is back lighted. It helps so much to see what you're writing.

I like this product as it adapts to touch screen easily. It does refresh due to quick disconnects, but that has not been an issue.

I type quite a bit & this one's easy to jump in & work on. Nice clear screen, lightweight. Touchscreen was new to me on a lap top--nice! Justin at the Athens Best Buy is extremely knowledgeable and helpful deciding which one best suited my needs.

I am very happy with this new laptop, the setup is user friendly and the screen and capability of changing to a tablet is great

Nice labtop, a plus that it fold over and turns into a tablet. Different brightness of keyboard back lighting is another plus.

I purchased this for my parents to replace a 9-year-old Dell desktop computer. This computer along with another similar Asus laptop is my first experience with Asus. So far a like what I see. The screen brightness and/or visibility from different angles is a sometimes a little difficult but is not a show stopper...just requires the screen position to be adjusted. We have used it in table mode to play a four-player version of "Life" which highlights the screen issue. Under normal use...no issues.

I was looking for a new laptop and went to Best Buy. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. I received a year of antivirus protection. Computer works well. Good graphics and fast

I bought this computer after my previous one crashed. I did a lot of research and decided that this one would be the best for what my budget could handle. I have had for about two months now and have had no problems with it. The display is great, the touch screen works really well and has so far been able to handle everything my college courses have thrown at it. Great for what I need it to be.

This laptop is a great laptop! Fast and efficient! The guys at Best Buy were so helpful in helping me choose the one that was right for me. In the end it was the 10 key numeric keyboard that sold me on this. Would recommend to anyone

I never had an Asus before, but except for a few glitches it is performing well. I still get an error message regarding the graphics driver failing and recovering; sometimes several times within a few minutes. Haven't found a fix for it yet, but in most cases it comes right back and I can keep working without interruption. At one point the flip-lock software/hardware was not working, but I was able to find the fix for it. This model has a lot of great features for a good price.

Nice screen size and keys light up well. Disappointed thatnomanual was included. The downside is no manual was included.

I really enjoy my Asus laptop. I like the idea of the tablet/laptop combination. Not a huge fan that there isn't a disc drive but soon I will adjust. I am a little worried something may be wrong with it internally though because sometimes when I watch Netflix the screen blanks out briefly. (Not sure if that is the laptop or wireless connection or Netflix in general). It really is a non-issue just hoping it doesn't lead to further problems. Overall, I have enjoyed my new laptop.

I went into best buy to just browse laptops. I utilized the people in the department and they were able to answer my questions and direct me to products after telling them my needs. I chose this product as it was newer, had a nicer screen, good memory and large hard drive. So far, I am happy. Once in a while the display driver crashes. Eventually I will contact support about it as it appears the driver is up to date. It boots up quickly, and so far has met my needs.

Best laptop I've had. Love the touch features. I would recommend this over and over again. Super sleek keys make typing easy and quick

I wanted a touch screen with windows 10 and read good reviews on this one. I really like the lighted keyboard and the feel of the keys and it is just what I'd hoped for.

i brought my first lap Top from Best Buy and loved it. So when it was time for a new Lap Top I decided to keep with the Asus. I love my new one screen touch color and fast well worth the investment and not over my budget.

I've had a Dell, MSI and a Lenovo laptop before I bought this Asus. It's very fast and so far I love it.

Purchased as an upgrade/replacement for an older Dell laptop. I have it set up for home office use with dual monitors, wireless keyboard, etc. But also have the flexibility for portability as well. Love it!

PurchaseD for work, mainly for speed and accessibility, but ended up loving it for so many other things! The tablet conversion is wonderful for streaming movies, and the interface is very user friendly.
