We needed to replace an old laptop with a new one and this one fits the bill. Not only is it a laptop, with a touchscreen, but it also serves as a tablet! Pretty awesome. It's durable, fast, and will serve us very well for the next few years. And...it was in-stock! The only suggestion I would have is for Best Buy to have sales people available in the computer area so I didn't have to wait 20 minutes to get some service.

I am still leaning how to do things with Win 10. I do not need Win 10 and would have preferred Win 7. Maybe some of my issues will be resolved about this particular computer once I get more comfortable with it. 1. The start up is a button on the side of the computer and is a very low profile. It takes 10 seconds of pressing for the computer to come on. I'd prefer the start button on the inside of the laptop. 2 I am not fond of the mail program in the system. 3 . Edge is a pain. Many of my programs can't use it well. I had to go back to IE. Even Chrome does weird things with some of my programs.. 4. Screen resolution doesn't seem to work correctly with one or more of my programs.. 5 Overall this computer has a cheaper feel than my 3 year old HP Pavilion. 6 I hope I never need to get to the battery. It's sealed into the computer. 7 I haven't figured out what some of the side ports are for. I could use one more USB port. 8 I do like the light up keyboard.. This computer is adequate except for the start button on the side. Oh, and when I put it in sleep mode for too long it turns off no matter what settings I change.

Asus has a great touch screen, like a tablet. Laptop functions are very well.

I love the laptop thus far. I purchased it solely for gaming. I was able to add every single Expansion pack for The Sim's 3 and it's ran smoothly. Very happy with my purchase.

It is a good computer for all my needs as a student. It is fast and reliable.

This computer has been awesome for me as a student in college that uses the tablet and touch screen interface quite regularly. Starts up extremely fast. I LOVE ITTTTTTTT!!!!

The Asus notebook is a great looking laptop computer, the edition of Windows 10 is a very good improvement over Windows 8.

Purchased for the office. This 2 in one is really great to work with. I love the touch screen . No sticking on the keyboard. Money well spent. Wish I had one at home.

Bought this for work, related to a project i needed to work on after hours. It has worked flawlessly since i purchased it. It's fast, and the touchscreen is a nice added feature. However, i do find that some people touch the screen while pointing out something and inadvertently change something due to their touch. I guess we aren't quite used to touchscreens yet! All in all, a great laptop.

Bought this computer for my college aged daughter after her previous one was not able to handle all of her homework, etc. She loved it! Loves the touchscreen

Love the new computer, it is lightweight and works great. Still a good size with easy to read screen. Love the touch screen especially when playing games.

Like the ease of use, also easy to learn where everything is when buying a new product. Also the ability to use as a tablet with a big enough screen for viewing instead of a small 8" tablet. Can take it anywhere.
