Love the computer and I got it for a great price. So far so good

Has all the high end specs you could want. And after installing a Samsung Evo 850 500gb SSD. It is just blazing fast and couldn't ask for anything more. Not quite a gaming laptop with this Nvidia graphics card so if you plan on playing any of the newer games, Assassin's Creed, Black Ops 3 etc. This would not be a good candidate. But overall great laptop

this is a great computer for anyone. I have enjoyed the speed.

I love the touch screen and also the well lighted keyboard !

Needed a high graphics and fast processor in a pinch. Grabbed this bad boy. Besides taking forever to get windows configured and all the background startup rubbish to stop. Runs fine now and helped me get out of my bind.

We jsut bought a HP Laptop as well. For some reason we had a little more trouble setting this one up. All around tho I like this laptop a lot. Very durable, feels like it will last a long time. I would recommend it.

This was for my daughter and she is thrilled with this laptop. It is super fast, has a nice size screen, and can handle all the gaming and design programs she uses. We highly recommend investing in this.

Had laptop for a month and so far haven't had any serious issues. Runs all the applications I've needed so far. Windows 10 hasn't been too overwhelming either.

I have had to take the computer into the geek squad 2 times in less than a month of owning it. It freezes and will not respond to me. I took video to show that the clock stayed at 1:30 for 2.5 hours and that it would not respond. The first time I went the guy said it was in tablet so it would not work like the computer... That does not stop it from freezing... The second time I went in they shows me where I could go into Windows and make a change... Still not sure it is correct. I do like the fact that it can ready cd's. There were no other computers at Best Buy with that feature...

I purchased this laptop after returning another brand. This is a functional laptop that is currently exceeding my needs. I love all of the capabilites but do wish is was a little lighter for traveling.

Had laptop for about a month. Laptop would not boot up. Got excellence service from Geek Squad. Laptop sent for repairs and is now being shipped back.

We've owned several laptops over the years, but this is by far the nicest one. It's fast and has everything you need. Of course we don't get Office free, but at least it offers it to you at a discount. Once in a great while the screen freezes, but it's very seldom, but that could be our internet too.

what can i say good setup,works awesome right out of the box the hdd is a bit slow but i already replaced mine withe a intel ssd boot up time is 5-6 sec now and wifi connects within 10 sec

Bought the laptop on a Sunday and loved it for the first day although it seemed slower to function that I preferred. On Monday evening I got on my laptop after work and got onto the internet. After about 5 seconds of browsing my Bluetooth mouse and High speed wireless internet lost connection (showing a "Limited" connection) and could not be re-established. After 2+ hours of troubleshooting on the phone with ASUS and 30 additional minutes of troubleshooting on the phone with Corporate Geek Squad, both associates apologized for the large inconvenience and agreed I needed to return my laptop. The problem still cannot be truly determined between Windows 10 or the actual laptop itself... VERY DISAPPOINTING. I will not be purchasing ASUS again. I've had my HP since 2009 and it still runs fairly well with good upkeep, although it's definitely time to upgrade before I go back to NP school. I will stick with HP.

after 4 years my old one finally crapped out on me, I really like this laptop, though it seems to occasionally have driver issues but that's been few an far between and updates seem to have fix that
