This product has good specs and good looks. I like the versatility of the tablet feature, though I rarely use it. Also the option of using a discrete video card is also nice.

This is a great, fast computer that doubles as a tablet. The only thing that I wish could be different, is having the same specs but just a bit smaller. Petty I know. First world problems.

I was looking for a laptop that could hold a ton of professional grade photos and also be able to run large editing programs. This did the job and is affordable. Happy w the purchase.

Purchased open box so the price was right. Wanted a touch screen and was pleased to find all my wish list in one full sized laptop/pad. Was thrilled it had a DVD player.

I bought the Asus laptop in november as a replacement for a 6 year old hp pavilion laptop. the first one I got was dead out of the box, wouldnt power up. I took it back and they exchanged it for me with no problems. Now that im getting into this new laptop and setting it up I am finding that I get a "display driver has stopped working and has recovered, windows 8.1". This laptop came with the intel bundle which included some software and some games. The same bundle comes with the i3's with 4gb ram so why would it keep crashing this beast of an i7 with 12gb ram? The games crash it, scrolling my facebook feed crashes it. Ive talked to geek squad and Asus tech support and no one can get this laptop to work properly. Ive reset the laptop and put hours into setting it back up and hours on the phone to find that nothing has worked. Geek squad said "you got 2 of these and they dont work, common sense says get something else", Asus said I can exchange it at best buy or mail it to them for them to look at in the California facility. Im getting ready to exchange it for the 3rd time and if they new one doesnt work properly im going back to an HP. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Ive heard its the laptop, ive heard its windows 10.

Very clear pictures and easy to use. I did exchange it though, only because it was too heavy as compared to others. If I were going to use it only on a desk, I would have kept it

I have enjoyed the large screen, the backlights on the keyboard, and the separate keys for numbers. It also has a slot for a CD.

Best laptop audio available, I can finally hear music and YouTube videos, like a mini home audio with external speaker though the cord could be longer, hopefully extensions available but not crucial issue.

I'm very pleased with this laptop. Even plays AAA game titles at lower resolutions but still playable in my opinion. Very very fast with normal day to day tasks.

I've had some stutters with the computer since I purchased it. The screen locks up frequently and I get a drive error. Geek Squad seems to have remedied the issue for now.

I replaced a 4yr old HP powerhouse and do not see much improvement in processing power. 2n1 option and touch screen are awesome.

Laptop does everything I need it to. 4 star rating due to original purchase failing from a Windows malfunction which could have been fixed with a Windows boot cd or usb.

Like the speed and memory. Easy to use and especially like the touch screen capability.

This notebook is pretty quick. The added memory is good for most applications. Charge time is average as well as battery life. It's constructed pretty well.

The setup was easy and programs seemed to load easily. most of my issues are concerned with learning win10, but the machine seems to do what i ask it to.

I specifically bought this computer to use it for photoshop . I haven't used it for anything but photoshop. It frequently crashes. Other than crashing while using photoshop, the colors are good, I like the touch screen. The windows took some getting used to, until I found the right settings. It's really a little heavy to use the tablet feature, to like carry it around like a tablet. It is more like a laptop than a tablet. Therefore, I believe it's a bit pricey.

This computer has more to offer than I was expecting. I primarily planned on using it for media (photo/video), and so far the computer has been awesome. I still need to learn some of the features of Windows 10, but so far it's great.

Wonder device. Excellent layout. Just not what I was needing from a computer at the moment. I already have a tablet so i ended up purchasing a Mac.

This laptop is the best compromise you get. Both a great tablet, and powerful i7 processor. The battery can last 6+ hours watching movie. No computer fan = avoid dust to get in.
