Good overall laptop with great specs except the HD should be SSD. In general I was pretty happy with the purchase, but I ended up returning it because it just wasn't any faster in day to day use than my 3 year old, low spec, AMD proc, 4GB HP. This was disappointing. I expected general execution of programs to be faster and startup times to be faster. I think it was marginally faster, but in everyday use wasn't much of an improvement. I'm an IT guy, but I don't do any programming or anything super heavy duty. I think I7 technology doesn't impact everyday use much.

It's a pretty good laptop overall. I understood buying it that it's not the top of the line, but fit my needs for school, work and light gaming very well for the price. Only downside really is that it gets finger prints all over it.

one of the best things about this laptop is that you can evan do some cpu intensive gaming on it. if you were to look at it you wouldnt think such a sleek and lightweight laptop can do that. Love the design and especially the specs

My old HP laptop was about done after 6 years of use including being on many trips. After much research I chose the ASUS 15.6" Laptop loaded with 12GB of Ram, 2GB of Video memory and a very nice screen. It is running Windows 10 and has the faster i7 processor. I like everything about it except for the keyboard. I guess it's an acquired taste or preference. I preferred the HP keyboard, but I will get used to this. It is fast and the battery life is good. I would recommend it, but my next laptop will be a SSD rather than a hard drive model.

Satisfied with product overall. Ability to convert to tablet and use of touchscreen makes this unit easy to use is various situations on the go.

Perfect for solidworks. 1TB HD, 2gb graphics 12gb ram. I like it.

Over all, I have been pleased with this computer. I upsold for all the bells and whistles. The speaker included is not a speaker but an Amp and does not work with other devices.
