quick setup and easy to use. thin and light weight

I have gone through 4 computers in a month and a half - 2 of which were Asus and 2 HP Envy. ALL 4 computers display the error "display driver intel hd graphics drivers for windows 8 (r) stopped responding and has successfully recovered." I had Geek Squad work on the computers, called Intel AND HP and had them remotely work on the computers with NO fix. After returning these 4 computers that were DEFECTIVE, and the employees know this, I decided to try an MSI. Upon being rung up, a red warning flag comes up for my account, stating that I may not be able to return anything else. I asked if upon getting this 5th computer, the MSI, if it doesn't work and I have to return it, will I be able to do that. She said yes, just let them know what has gone on with all of these computers, that they are defects. Now upon having the MSI for a week, the battery is defective, Geek Squad tells me they will return this one and reorder another. NOW THEY ARE UNABLE TO DO THE RETURN BECAUSE I HAVE THE RED FLAGS AND BEST BUY IS UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!! There is a "third party" company that monitors their returns - they say I have to file a dispute because of all the returns!!! This will about put me over the time to be able to return/exchange this computer to Best Buy for being defective!!! SO BUYER BEWARE! Be prepared to return multiple computers and then be red flagged and not return anymore of them if they are defective!

I'm no expert but this isn't the big fast machine I expected it to be. Seems to be very laggy having trouble handling multiple programs running at once.

Easy to use computer, I use it for some gaming, but mainly to surf the web, good over all computer.

Its difficult to change sistem to use only external graphics card, it keeps blinking once in a while

Great laptop, lots of storage and easy to use. Love the flip back into tablet feature.

This was my second Asus and both had a conflict with Windows 10. Had to return both.. I'm sure the windows program was the issue!!
