I love my computer, it's very sturdy and easy to use. It is nice to have all the latest updates. The screen is a great size to get all my work accomplished.

I am enjoying the computer and it is easy to use. The jury is still out thought on Microsoft 10.

Computer is awesome space but the GM is horrible. David the GM treated me like terrible on an exchange that was broken in the box. The guy needs retrained on how to treat customers who spend money on a store. I can definitely recommend the product but I can't recommend the Colonial Heights Best Buy because of David that's the reason for the one.

Purchased this for my son. Made sure w the associate answered all my questions for upgrading software due to my sons studying engineering. Very pleased!

I am getting constantly flickering of the screen, the sound on the machine is not so great.

Once again Asus shows why their products are in almost every product and when you buy a something that is wholly Asus you get nothing less than the best!

I'm not pleased at all! Computer keeps shutting down giving me error messages! Windows 10 is horrible and not compatible with some work programs I need to use! Strange to say these programs run fine on Windows 7 and much older computers! Geek squad tried to help but couldn't! I really am totally disappointed!

If I could return it I would. It has never been very fast, about the same as my 6 year old Asus and now it has started freezing on me. I am at my wits end, $1000.00 for a computer that does not even work as good as my $350.00 computer.

I usually like Asus products, but the spacebar on this laptop is a bit hard to use. If you do not use a lot of pressure, unlike the rest of the keys, it does not register that you want a space. Also, I have had a couple of documents that I have saved disappear to locations unknown. Not cool.

While it looks great and having the touch screen is awesome we had some issues like other ppl did not want to risk so we exchanged it for the Asus "Republic Of Gamers" edition laptop great decision with zero issues.

Great sound, great picture quality. Fast downloads. First time buyer of Asus products and would definitely buy again!

This laptop.was.totally kick as until I tried getting a replacement screen Dame near impossible for under 450
