I thought this would be a fast machine due to the fact that it is an i7 but it was still very slow - not happy with this product at all.

It flickers every so often. Freezes , not a very good computer for the price well build but performace no so good

This is one of those that you expect to be a great computer but it's just average.

Everything in this laptop is amazing and fast.Very good touch screen for tablet mode.The only proble is an annoying sound coming from the right if the touchpad.I showed it to Geek Squad and they told me you should return it or exchange it.I exchanged it for the same model but it has the same weird noise.Why and what is causing this?And is it on all models?Did anyone figure a sollution?If I could just fix this problem I would rate the laptop 5 stars

This computer is awful. It came highly recommended by the staff. I needed a good computer that I could put photoshop on so the staff led me to this which I was told was a gaming computer. I put photoshop and nothing else on the computer. It crashes constantly. Even when not doing photo shop and I try to just do simply web surfing, if I get more than 3 tabs going at once it crashes. Sometimes, I don't even have to have that, it just constantly crashes. It is an awful computer. I saw a couple reviews, people saying this but I thought they just got a bad one, well maybe not. seriously, this computer sucks. I am searching out to buy another computer now.

I purchased this on 8/8 for $749 and have to say I am really impressed. Screen is beautiful, keyboard/Touchpad and casing are all great in IMO. This system is FAST but I made it a faster by installing an SDD drive, holy cow did that make it scream. It was fast before but now is like a computer on steroids. Noise, to me this system is almost silent (and I can hear a pin drop), even when the 5400 HDD drive was in it was still quite, I’m not sure what noise others are hearing. The system seems to charge super-fast, I was at about 20% and within 30 minutes was back to 100%. If I had to come up with a gripe is would be the casing. While it looks great, it a fingerprint magnet!! Not a huge big deal but just thought to mention it. Anyway I love this system, really happy with my purchase!!

Ive had nothing but problems with this laptop. Had to return a couple times and now after less the 6 months the hard drive is gone out

I was so excited to get this new laptop... only to find that it would not show anything on the screen! It was completely black and nothing I did seemed to work. The keys seemed to not cooperate either. Took it back and found that the laptop was defective! I was looking forward to try this laptop... Not only that, there weren't any more in stock to replace the defective one... Thank you Best Buy for helping me replace the ASUS laptop with a similar laptop with same features. I'm happy with my new replacement laptop.

We had issues with screen going black. We bought open stock, so not sure if that is why. Returned it the next day.
