Major screen freeze problem since day one!

Dissapointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There is a hardware issue with this laptop. After about 1 - 2 years these laptops begin having screen issues due to a faulty connector between the screen and the motherboard. The screen will go black/gray randomly and can be temporarily brought back up by pressing the power button or fn & f7 twice. Another temporary fix is to open up the computer and and remove and replace the connector, unfortunately the probably resurfaces within a few weeks. Overall I have found laptops from bestbuy to be of a lower grade quality ( last only 2-3 years) that other retail outfitters.
