Overall it is a good laptop for the price. It has ample memory to run all my programs. As well as a processor to run them.

My only complaint is there are no instructions for any piece. But it's a great computer. It's very fast and easy to use.

This was for my son in preparation for college next year. This is just what he wanted, and he has been pretty pleased so far. There has been some instability under linux, but he is expecting that to be fixed when kernel 4.3 comes out with skylake support.

Have only been using for the past 6 weeks but all is operating as expected. Love the power and the 2 in 1 versatility.

There isn't much to review on this laptop, it is just perfect. It has a disk player so I can get files, play movies or record music - not all laptops do, now. To me that was key. The screen is large enough to be easily navigated and the key board crisp and controllable ( no sticking or lagging.) It isn't as light weight as some, but it isn't heavy like some of it's size, either. It's a clear screen for files and graphs. The touch screen is easy and adding a mouse is always an option. The memory is large enough to hold all my i tunes music, recipes and tutoring information. The computer comes to life quickly and the working speed is quite impressive. Does a great job of all your computer needs, shows calendar, messages and has an external speaker to enhance sound. This is a nice, easy to use, large capacity, quick speed computer. No regrets here!

This laptop is heavy. The graphics are great. The mouse takes getting use to.There is way too much stuff loaded on the machine that is not needed. Less is more.

The laptop purchased is of great quality and includes many excellent features. Along with the touch screen and tablet mode abilities, it has an incredible graphics processor. These are just a few of the many great features included with this laptop.

Very good computer. Build is solid. Very quick. Has a disk drive and graphics card. Only criticism is that it runs about an hour and a half on a full charge.

Over the years, I've come to equate ASUS with high quality. The Q552 is no exception. In addition, Windows 10 really works well with this PC: the touch screen is very responsive. Keyboard is comfortable. I really love this flip design. A great new PC with a great new OS.

The laptop performs well. Not to sure how I feel about windows 10 but ASUS has a good thing going here.

I bought....well no I exchanged a Lenovo for this Asus 2 weeks ago, and for the first week or so I thought I was finally going to be happy with a laptop I have bought / exchanged at Best Buy. After a week, however, I would browse a webpage (facebook, yahoo, didn't matter, any web page I visited) I would scroll up and down the page, the laptop freezes, or the screen would go black for a second, then I get the following error message....."Display driver stopped responding and has recovered. Display driver Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered.” Yesterday, I was browsing Yahoo, and got a blue screen message......"system_service_exception (igdkmd64.sys) Long story short, I have had the supposed "geek squad professionals" try (key word, try) a remote fix, they would update drivers, check for updates, and gosh knows what else to my system, every attempt was 2+ hours, and still no joy. I would get a report from the geek squad technician in some techno-babble I could never understand. The last technician I spoke (this was after 3 remote "fixes") with, I told hem that I wanted this matter "escalated" was given a case number, and to this point no solution. I wanted a store manager to contact me, but haven't heard from one as of this point. So........since oct. 25th, this acer has been laptop number 6 that I have bought / exchanged.................... all with issues. Great that Best Buy has a fantastic return/exchange service, but its horrible that this many laptops, each $750 or more, have issues. On top of all this, its not like I'm 10 minutes away from the closest store, It's 45min to an hour one way to get there.

This computer is wonderful. It's fully capable and fully functional. I love it and couldn't want anything more out of a computer. It was a very wise purchase. The only reason that it gets a 4/5 is because the graphics card fails somewhat often making the screen blink and has a notification pop up. It recovers really fast though, and in the blink of an eye, you are back at work. It doesn't interfere with work really at all.

Got this and am very happy with it Windows 10 computer and no issues. Use it for many things and it has performed flawlessly and speedy.

It's a perfect computer for editing videos, and with the 12 gb of ram it can support the editing software I use, it's great!!

The Asus - 2-in-1 15.6 Touch-Screen Laptop had all the power (Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive) I was looking at a great price. It boots up quickly, comes with a subwoofer that adds to the sound enjoyment. The major con I have is that some of the windows that open do not have clarity yet some do. I don't know if that's and Asus problem or a Windows problem. I have not used Windows 10 before, so it was a little difficult getting used to it, but I am able to find my way around (like Windows 7 better).

I first went to Bestbuy to look at the laptops. I was looking for something with a DVD player. No Luck! All the models on display were not the most recent models. When I got home I looked up online and found this charm ASUS 2-in-1 Q552 and upgrade to the ASUS 2-in-1 Q551 I got for my wife late last summer (July 2015). I guess they were hoping to get rid of some of the older models. Online saved me! I ordered the ASUS Q552 online and picked it up a day or two later. My son loves the product.

I needed a laptop that could handle multitasking while maintaining speed and being small enough to be easily portable. With the added touchscreen feature this has been a great purchase at a reasonable price.

We're were looking for a computer that was primarily for work, but would also, hopefully, be able to run modern games. This laptop fit the bill! It is smooth, runs most modern games fine, and is power packed for work. You could maybe alter some internal hardware, or find a better deal, but for our price range, it was perfect.

Ended up returning a Alienware 17 inch after not being impressed by it's performance. Even took it in to Geek Squad to make sure it was running top speed. Got the ASUS 17 inch for over $600 less.

I like that I can use it like a tablet & it has a touch screen. Have a bit of problem with the display driver though.
