I couldn't be happier, what a machine. Very fast. And packed with many features. Comes with a sound cube for added bass. I shopped everywhere and it paid off. Win 10 already installed.

This Laptop/Tablet is great as a multipurpose computer. The only complaint I have is the speed of the hard drive. This gives it a feeling of less power at first, but once loaded it works very fast. This allows you to have a variety of programs running at once and that's when it shows its power. I use the HDMI output to connect to a 24" monitor and it works great.

I purchased this to replace my aging laptop. I've been very pleased with its performance overall. The touchscreen works great most of the time and the computer itself is very speedy.

Somewhat cool keyboard. Like that it lights up but the placement of buttons has taken some getting used to.

Backlit keys and 10 keypad were major requirements. touch screen is nice and windows 10 is an improvement.

The product is excellent. For those upgrading it comes with Windows 10 which takes some getting use to. I think a small demonstration should be required prior to in-store purchase.

I really like the work station and how I can flip the screen to make it a touch screen. It is very convenient for my job as I do a lot of walking around and I can take notes.

Found this online by searching Amazon, BestBuy.com, Staples and other sources. I've owned two Asus laptops in the past and recommended Asus to others. Neither of the two I purchased in the past died...One went to my wife, years ago and the one I recently replaced with this new 2-in-1 is being used by my two children. Each provided me with 4+ years of personal use before handing them off. I love my 2 in 1. When I first picked it up I thought it felt heavy as compared to previous Asus models I've had. It definitely feels more sturdy. Touch screen is responsive, provides sharp images and text, and is the perfect size for many apps I use as a Realtor. This unit is lightening fast and I Love the back-lit keyboard. I still occasionally use an optical drive, and they are somewhat hard find in laptops today. It's a nice and useful feature I wanted to have in a replacement system. I've worked with Asus customer support in the past, when upgrading a prior system to Windows 8...I agree, their support is not exceptional, but certainly on-par with most computer / software vendors with which I have had the opportunity to work. I never have in the past, but with this system I bought the three-year Geek Squad protection plan. This 2-in-1 is my work system, which I use daily. I purchased it as an "open box" item and easily saved enough on the purchase to cover the added protection....I would definitely recommend an Asus laptop to others...they are typically reasonably priced, offer great features and they provide years of reliable use.

I love this computer. It has everything I need and the speed is great as well as the memory.

Lots of memory, lots of Ram, I7 speed , lighted keyboard. Great step up for a reasonable price

I have been shopping around and fell in love with this computer.. I can get my work done with no issue and my 2yr olds playing games on it with the touch screen.

Slim design and includes a cd drive. Backlit keyboard is very nice. Runs everything I have needed so far and quickly.

Asus is quality but I wanted something with better battery life and easier transportable

Processor, graphics, memory all work together to make for a great mid priced gaming computer with a touch screen.

I am really loving my new computer. Much faster than my old one. I like the touch and type combo. Not too big for traveling. Movies are very clear and crisp.

i got a mac when i came to school and did not know what i wanted to major in. When i decided, i found out that most of my programs either don't come for macs or don't work as well. i made the unfortunate decision to buy a second computer so i read reviews and did research and asked classmates and decided on this! So far it is working great but I'm still adjusting to the pc and only use it when i have to

At first it was kind of slow but after I installed all windows updates it got fast.And so far no troubles at all

I purchased this ASUS as a replacement for a different ASUS purchased in October 2015. The October ASUS was to replace a LENOVO that had been repaired under warranty 4 times in a year, and I was under a school deadline when it crashed for the 5th time in a year. 3 months later, my son's HP Envy crashed on him at college and I wan unable to get it working after a weekend of driving and repair effort. So I reset my ASUS and switched with him. But I can't sustain my side business without a computer, so I purchased this latest ASUS on my way back to town. A great investment!!!
