So I've had this for about a month and a half now. Seems pretty quick and haven't had any serious issues. I did have a small issue with Chrome not opening. That was handled. Also had an issue with Microsoft Office not installing. Not sure if that was the computer's doing or Microsoft. That was handled though by Microsoft support. Other bigger issue was WiFi wasn't connecting after about 3-4 weeks. Kept dropping. Tried resetting router and no luck. Ended up just plugging my Ethernet cord into the back. No issues now. Little annoying but it seems faster now with the cord plugged right in. Nice screen size and a really good clear picture. I was between this ASUS vs a Dell. This one had a way better picture. I also was told that ASUS has a better inside with the motherboard and other internals. Granted I was also told Dell has been buying their motherboards from ASUS. I would give this a 5 star if it wasn't for the minor issues I've had thus far. Plus the keyboard isn't that great and the mouse is a little awkward. Keyboard seems smaller than a normal size. Keys are little closer than usual. It could possibly be the flatness of the keys too. Overall, it seems like a great computer and I'm happy with this purchase. The cons are manageable with keyboard and mouse. You can easily go buy a new keyboard or mouse.

This unit has speed and so many features I'm still discovering. I also have I lot more space on my desk without the old bulky processor. The picture is the best but I still forget to use the touch screen. Windows 10 takes some getting used to after having 7 for years.

We replaced an old Compaq desktop computer with this one. We love the Asus. Graphics, speed, print, ease of use are great. We use it for school, college, and home use. Also love the touch screen. Added bonus is the no wires. All the tower components are in the monitor. Great computer for the money.

The Core i5 processor puts this computer at the top of AIO's in the style and price range – this thing is really fast. The great HD touchscreen and four 2.0 USB inputs add to the package. Unlike previous reviews, we knew this model did not have the smart base and didn't expect that for the price.

purchased this computer with windows 10 because our last computer from 2005 was slowly dying and out of memory. Wanted the convenience of an all in one and touch screen and wanted more than a lap top. As not computer literate people, we were amazed how easy it was to set up and use. Highly recommend.

Love this desktop! It's pretty fast and easy to use, especially with the new windows software. I don't think I would recommend any kind of hardcore gamer or someone who stores lots of photos on it as it will slow it down. I'm a photographer and I've had to invest in an additional external hard drive so my computer will run faster. I'd recommend more memory on your hard drive and investing in an EHD for that. Other than that, the touch screen is a nice plus! You can use it in tablet mode which is mostly for the touch screen and games, but I like using it for a design standpoint. Gotta keep it cleaned from touching it so much though, haha.

This computer performs better and faster than most of the HP computers that I looked at. Great crystal clear screen along with TRUE accurate colors great for using in editing photos, videos and ad work. Highly recommend. The processing and storage of this unit is completely hands down. LOVE IT and soo happy that we decided on this model.

this a great value for the price.Its very fast and has a great picture on the screen..The only thing I'm having a small amount of trouble with is windows 10 its very complicated.I kmow that has nothing to do with brand.Otherwise its awesome

This is an awesome computer with a fast processor for a great price!

This is a great All-in-one computer. You literally only need to plug in one cable so setup is a breeze and it works great. Doesn't come with too much bloatware and runs smoothly. Didn't plan on using the touch screen features but surprised myself by occasionally using/liking them.

This may be a good machine but right out of the box it was a lemon. Problems all over the place. I purchased this at the advice of a service rep working at the store. Went through the set and took a couple of days to get back up and running and had quite a few problems, very slow start up, wi-fi issues, screen crashes and so on. Sounds like a bad mother board. Needless to say I had to return it. Tried all the usual stuff but to no avail. I can't really comment on the speed or capabilities because the machine never really worked right. For their latest and greatest,this ASUS was a bit of a disappointment. Return from Best Buy was good and simply got a different machine (HP this time).

This is a great computer. I am a senior and to have a large screen like this is the best. Even with glasses it was hard to view on my laptop. If you don't carry your laptop around with you ( who needs to with tablets ) I would say get an all in one.

Easy set-up, great resolution and love the ease of the touch screen!

We bought this computer because we needed faster processing speed and it has not only done that well but the picture is fabulous. The wireless keyboard and mouse have a good feel. Computer was very easy to set up.

Purchased this for my son's family to use with their children. Lots of power; touch screen, and a great price! Kudos to Adam (from Iowa) at the Fort Collins Co store for pointing me to this!

An excellent computer with big touch screen. Super easy to install (no more tower!). Intel i5 is fast, 1TB storage for thousand and thousand of pictures and videos. Working perfect from first day.

Perhaps I should say, "This computer does what a home or office desktop should do in 2016." We all know this target keeps moving. Part of my successful experience with this machine was having Best Buy's Geek Squad set it up & install the Office 365 suite, etc. so it was almost ready to go when I got it home. This desktop replaced a 22" all-in-one and I was surprised at how much difference another inch made in the usefulness of the screen. Windows 10 and expansion of text to speech and speech to text capabilities and the Cortana assistant are all part of what helps users take advantage of this machine's assets.

I found this unit to be quite fast and responsive. The speakers could be better in a unit this costly. Fine for non-music use, though. ASUS tech support is not good. I had one incident that hasn't been handle well by them. It's most likely software related, but they haven't been very helpful in tracking down the problem. Personally I'm not sure the extra cost for touchscreen is worthwhile, but if you use touchscreen a lot, this should work well for you.

This is a nice computer with a great big screen and easy on the eyes. It's a little sluggish at times but all in all it runs very well. Love the all in one and the space saving design. The monitor is on a very heavy and sturdy stand, not like some others that feel cheap. Mouse and keyboard work well although I ended up upgrading the keyboard to one that is backlit and has a softer touch. Love the touch screen as well. Nice computer for the price.
