This purchase was for my wife, Jeri, who had another Chromebook (Acer) for 7 years. She was ready for a new one because her old one had no more updates available for about two years. She is really enjoying learning all the new features that are available on her new ASUS Chromebook and her tasks/programs are working out for her. She will never go back to using other brands of laptops.

It took time , but this is a chrome book with back lighting which I need.

the intel core i3 16" 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop 13th gen is working perfectly fine with little to no slow download catalyst. the i3 core is a smoothly running core processor that doesn't give much trouble to search in a web browser and find what you need. the graphics or pixel it shows could be better, but with the i3 it may have an older pixel graphics to display than a 13th gen i9 core processor. overall pretty good for the price i paid. Thank you world.

Was skeptical to use a non-windows PC. Works great for day-to-day tasks.

Tv and computer is very good imagen and fast velocity when try the page's awesome and the tv l like the color and imagen to clear

Been using this now for a few days and I love it. Easily the nicest chromebook I've used/owned and I've owned a bunch. The one thing its missing is a fingerprint reader. Besides that, screen is great, backlit keyboard is great, ports are great. Really enjoying using this thing so far.

Great battery life, quick charging, touchscreen is nice. I wish the speakers were a bit louder.

quick and sleek compared to my old laptop. Well priced, too. Takes some getting used to, since its not really a laptop.

It is nice and fast. However, (perhaps this is just a thing for 16" laptops) the keyboard is too far forward. I would prefer the keyboard to be closer to me v the screen. Battery life is good, not great only lasts about 6 hrs on full charge. Lastly, the keypad numbers are too narrow, but I don't expect to be using them much.

Great pc, no issues so far and the speed is amazing. I can honestly say that its better than a Dell and HP.

I love this 2 in 1 laptop. It does everything I need. I bought a refurbished one advertised as in excellent condition and it was. Not a scratch. Some bookmarks were left in chrome from the business that had it before I did but that's my only complaint. I bought online and picked it up in store Took all of 10 minutes including walking in and out.

Really nice Chromebook! I have never owned a Chromebook so I was hesitant to buy because I wasnt sure what I was actually able to do with it but Im impressed! For the basic needs I will be using it for its perfect! It also feels a lot more expensive than the $350 that I paid for it! Super happy!

Love it. So far so good. I like the ease of turning it on and off. When I push the power button it turns on quickly. The charge lasts a long time so you don't have to be attached to a cord all the time. The only negative thing about it I can think of is that it doesn't have a slot for an SD card. I had to purchase an adapter for this.

It is exactly what I needed. Good battery life. Excellent viewing and sound quality. Perfect price!
