My photo & graphics editing programs worked fine, but the web was glitchy and it kept shutting off and freezing. I ended out exchanging it, for a similarly configured PC with 10 pre-installed (which I am happy with). If you are planning to use Windows 8.1 this might be just fine.

I am happier with the computer I exchanged it for.

Way Better then the Faulty Windows 10!

Do not get a windows 10 or upgrade to windows 10. Windows 10 is a failure and a faulty operating system. Just stick with windows 8 until a new windows comes out.

Not worth it

There are quite a few better choices sadly i realized my error in purchase a little too late as it was outside the 14 day return period. (it was 15 days after i purchased it.)
