    So far (three weeks) this laptop is performing well. Speed is good (AMD) and graphics (nvidia) is fine for what I do. I do not use it for gaming. Main concern is the keyboard. It is VERY difficult to see the keys unless positioned in good lighting. Even using keyboard backlight does not help except in a dark room.

    Laptop Looks Great & Works Great. Alexa works most of the time. It's reversible ability makes it easy to use touch, or the keyboard. charge time is good. Of All the Laptops that I Have Purchased, this one works the best. And Setup was very easy. I Glad that I Have Not needed to Use tech support since my purchase of this new Laptop. So Far, I Think It was A Great Buy!

    So far I love the laptop and it has a lot of great features such as Face ID and Alexa. I wish the backlight on the keyboard was brighter as the keys tend to fade in certain lights. My computer came with a dent in it and Best Buy did give me a discount; although, it should have been inspected prior to sending to me.
