    I bought these to use along with my ROG 7 phone. First off I couldn't use these on the go because they kept falling out. I tried the tips provided but nothing helped. The real problem started a month ago. I started getting static on the left earbud. I tried different settings and even tried a different phone. I tried letting the battery die and then recharged them. I need to contact asus for service.

    I unfortunately decided that gaming based earbuds could be used for day to day uses like any other, I was wrong. Once you are connected to a device, if you even attempt to use any other device that unfortunately has the ASUS bloatware software, it will try to connect to it. The problem is that it does this even while already connected to a device. This means that if I dare try to use my phone (with bluetooth off btw) while I'm connected to my laptop, it will instantly break the connection (yes, I turned off quick c onnection). My new Windows 11 laptop can't process what happens, and it usually greys out the bluetooth setting entirely. MAKING IT UNUSABLE UNTIL RESTART (even with any Windows troubleshooting) Maybe mine are defective, I hope so, as I wouldn't want this on even my worst enemy. ALSO, in a classroom, god forbid it will try to connect to every persons device all at once, even when closed. This has happened numerous times and eventually started to become humerous seeing everyone mention it. At home, I'm sure it's a great device. You bring it around anyone else, and it's terrible. Sounds good as an earbud, though.

    Buy at your own risk, good when it work

    Had it for about 3 month stop charging schedule a geek squad repair and was turn down say i had to go to manufacture for service. Call them was sent around thier phone service and was hang up on. Went to website of ASUS and was referred back to best buy. Call best buy conect me back to ASUS an although it was under the one year warranty does not cover shipping to get repaired so its a good time wasted and now i have to wait even long for it to go back to them and come back. Works long enought to past best buy return and exchange policy but makes it hard to deal with ASUS service. Aslo one year warranty dose not cover you shipping it to them

    I had these paired with a ASUS Gaming laptop and returned them both. These headphones only connect if the right ear bud is in and if the case is open. Once the case was closed, they would disconnect. When they were connected (case open), the sound quality was horrible.

    It seems Asus is now in the business of making low quality products. I STRONGLY suggest disabling the iOS mobile app from being able to use cellular data. Asus being a chinese company will be mining your mobile activity 100% certain. It is extremely annoying app settings do NOT save. There's no onboard memory. To apply custom equalized settings you'll have to connect to Bluetooth and then connect the app as well and wait until the app loads the settings. The earbuds do not fit well, regardless what size I try. Battery does NOT last 4 hours at all. The most I've gotten out of them is 3.5 hours of continuous use. Last, the left earbud does NOT charge to 100%. The most I've seen it charge is 85%. Asus used to make good products but not anymore.

    SOUNDS CHEAP, TINNY LIKE 8 DOLLAR EARBUDS.

    I looked at the good 5 star reviews on these earbuds, and decided to give them a try, i purchased them and tried them out, disappointed the sound quality is very bad tinny sounds like a cheap $8 pair of cheap earbuds, bass is distorted absent bluetooth drops out, apple ios app missing virtual surround and bass boost, did do latest firmware update, same thing, i have 4 other earbuds and sound much better then these and cheaper, i strongly advise not to buy these earphones, my guess 5 star on these earbuds are fake, trust me do NOT buy these earbuds.

    I don't like these. I think ASUS sometimes get us with throwing ROG on it and we think it's got to be good for games. The ANC on these is sub-par, the Bluetooth audio lag was out of control unless you engage gaming mode. Impossible to watch video content or game with the standard amount of audio delay. They should just make gaming mode the default. I also found the controls to be quite difficult. I expected some sort of better integration with Armoury Crate software being as these are ROG branded but found no added functionality there. They are an ok pair of BT headphones if they were $50 but not $100. I will be returning these.

    Hooked these up to my pc as they were called “gaming earbuds” but honestly theyre only good for music. Game audio is super muffled and tinny, all volume levels had to be changed and I couldnt find the sweet spot. They also disconnected constantly which was a huge issue.

    I would not recommend these at all. So many issues. One the connection happens in case. Two the left won’t stay charged. Resetting didn’t help. ASUS couldn’t address the issue and claimed they were faulty. Not impressed with them at all.

    I can't think of one thing that i enjoyed about the experience I've had with these earbuds. Armoury Crate is a disaster, it doesnt matter which sound preset you choose or how you modify the sound settings. Something is always missing behind a wall of sloppy sound. At times, it felt like I was listening to a pair of dollar store earbuds through a straw. Other times, it just sounded like I was listening to someone playing music on XBox Live during the 360 days - distorted cloud of noise. I honestly can't even say that I made it to do any gaming with these as I couldn't make it that far. I understand that these are older, but they should still sound decent. Do not buy these, you'll be sad that you did. These are going back tomorrow.

    I used them twice and put them in a drawer for a few months. Went to use them and they are dead. They won’t charge anymore. Giant waist of money. They worked good the literal 2 times I used them. Would not recommend.

    Major latency issues. They are no better than AirPods and aren’t worth the price, even at a hefty discount. I’ll be returning these as soon as I have a chance to. If you want to use the microphone on these, the sound quality of everything goes from decent, to speaker phone quality

    Literal garbage being sold for $100. These things are so bad. Plastic case is cheap and sad. Earbud quality is awful. Five years behind current earbuds. And the real fun part is spending 45 minutes trying to get them to pair for every 5 minutes of enjoyment.

    Out of the box and connected to iPhone, OK not GREAT Dosnt sound like 100$ ear honey…. Connect to my PC and quality want IN THE TRASH…. Static noise and just overall BAD EXPERIENCE, I don’t want to BLOAT MY PC WITH ARMORY CRATE just to have an EQ to SOMEWHAT fix the problem, NOT WORTH THE TIME NOR FRUSTRATION….

    I was looking forward to a wireless gaming earbuds and the sound quality reminds me of a headert from 20 years ago. Even after messing with it in Armory, the quality is 4/10. Not worth the price.
