I sent it in with the original box. Big surprised it was damaged and they now want to quote me a repair for damage they caused. I did some research online and ASUS is really bad for this type of thing. Just avoid them.

Please try taking the motherboard out your computer case and put it on a non-static test bench and put in the essentials which are : one stick of RAM, CPU, PSU, and a GPU and see if it posts.
