Received these with only one side of leds working, after searching the website it appears this is a common problem.. i definitely would not recommend these.

Best buy does not back up its products unless you buy THEIR warranty. Right ear started shocking me so I tried to exchange under the 1 year Asus warranty. They said I didn't buy the BEST BUY warranty so they won't exchange it. They sold the product its from Asus they should exchange it and send it back to Asus.
I wont buy anything from Bestbuy anymore due to this. Poor product support minus well have bought on ebay.....

These are NOT wireless. For someone like me who sits across the room the play my playstation and not at a desk these are no good because they are usb only. Stupid design.

Everyone knows you gotta buy those Sennheiser's or whatever because tech-bros said they've tried them all and that all other headphones are crap, and that if you buy Asus then you're just Asus fan boi. So believe them. Don't buy these. But if you want to become an Asus fan boi then buys these like the normie-pleb that you are and then you can defend there name as the all-knowing tech-bros spit on you

These headphones sound and look great if you can get them to work... Using them with my tower no issues whatsoever and sound amazing.
They DO NOT work on my Zephyrus M15 unless you use the USB adapter.. If you try to connect through the USB-C port you get nothing. Considering this is a ROG laptop that is a huge FAIL. The port works 100% with everything else.
The other reason I wanted these was to use with my Switch... Doesn't work there either.... Another FAIL.
The headphones may be defective, but I don't see how as they work on my tower and another non ASUS laptop I own.
I'll be returning these today... What a disappointment.
