    This is one of the worst prebuilt PCs I have ever purchased. It is less then 3 months old. The cooling is terrible. It has bluescreened daily since the first month I have owned it. I wish it wasnt out of my return date because I would take it back. Very disappointed

    Great product. Handled MSFS2020 and DCS easily . The ASUS ROG system with the standard RTX 3080 and I7-12700KF was faster (150 fps) than Alienware Aurora 12 with a RTX 3080Ti and 11th gen I7.

    Great computer! Plug in and play my only complaint is the ram could be higher. When running at such a high performance the ram can fail to handle it sometimes. Overall monster pc.

    Haven’t had any issues with this computer. Was worried after purchase because saw all the reviews about heating issues and I haven’t experienced any. Although, I haven’t played any really hefty games. On sale I think it’s a pretty good deal.

    It’s Super Loud and is hard to run games

    I got this pc for my birthday and immediately noticed how loud the fan was, it makes it hard to play.This Pc also tends to consistently have a frame drop in games such as Fortnite, Call Of Duty and others.

    Never even gof to use it. None of its hdmi ports would work with the monitor so we took it to best buy and they figured out that it was either a mother board or a graphics card issue. Anyway, i got smth better for a lot cheaper and currently love it. Its a pc from Ibuypower and it is amazing. I absolutly love it.

    Great system but loud fan.

    Plays the games ive thrown at it very well. Havent had any issues. Only downside to this system is how loud the cpu fan gets at times. It doesnt get loud that often from what ive seen so far. Ill have to throw more graphically demanding games and try to stream at the same time to see how it will hold up.

    No HDMI signal after Armoury Crate install

    Attempted to open Asus Armory Crate preinstalled software. After it installed and updated, it asked me to restart the computer. After restarting, the HDMI would no longer output a signal. I spent 3 days trying to troubleshoot and finally returned before the 14 day deadline. Reviews are showing issues with overheating. I'm not sure if that was the cause or not. I won't be buying from Asus again.

      Armoury Crate doesn't affect the video output settings from the PC to a monitor. If there is no video output, you will usually do the following to resolve the issue. Please verify if the PC is connected to a working monitor using known good video cable and the correct input source from the monitor was selected correctly. Also, verify inside the Display properties if the correct monitor was selected and configured properly.

    The big name brand drew me in. The price made it appealing for the specs it had. As much as I enjoy ROG this desktop just cheaped out on the cooling a little too much, I tried looking past the reviews because I am okay with the loud noise coming from the fans, but the fact that the CPU getting gets to 93 degrees and thermal throttling is just unacceptable.

      We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are concern about the excessive heat being generated on the PC.


      The cooling system is adequate to dissipate heat efficiently, the excessive heat under heavy load is normal. Any PC with the same hardware configuration, regardless of the manufacturer, will generate more heat than normal while under heavy load especially during gaming, WINDOWS Update and antivirus scan. When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full-throttle. Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient air flow for better heat dissipation. While gaming, please ensure no resource hungry applications are running in the background, this will definitely spike the temperature. The heat or temperature does decreases or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down.

    Was looking for a computer for music production and some video gaming. Didn’t want to build and wanted something now. Found this one and it works great! Running my oculus on it was a bonus! I upgraded the ram to 32 to help with audio programs.

    I wanted to get back into PC gaming but didn't want to search each part and build it myself. This ASUS does a great job and can run everything including Flight Sim 2020 maxed out with no lag.

    Don’t waste your time buying “excellent” open box. We received this computer and it was DOA. Wouldn’t power up and let down my parter as this was their Christmas gift. Used to love ASUS, maybe not so much now.
