Only drawback was the process to get the right PC in my hands. Purchased online with shipping and was sent a G16CHR with a 13700F, 3400mhz ram, and 1TB storage instead of the listed specs. Returned to local store and they said they'd send me the correct one. What ended up showing up at my door from FEDEX was the EXACT SAME PC I had dropped off 2 days before with the 1st UPS label sharpied out! Dropped off again and the right PC was delivered to my local store a week later. Best Buy customer service was unable to help and didn't create a ticket for the problem but the store manager knocked off 10% due to their mistake. Later went on sale for $1599. Good deal for specs inside!
