INCREDIBLE Machine

Asus ROG

Most game settings are at extreme/ultra with no issues. I saw some reviews about the hdmi ports not working though. I had the same issue but realized you have to use the hdmi ports directly behind the GPU. All in all, im very happy with my purchase

This product has been sent back to a service center multiple times for the same issues that your technicians are unable to recreate (which I find fascinating, because I can recreate it in five minutes every time it starts up). I've been fighting with this machine for roughly a year now, got talked into buying multiple new monitors to "solve my problems", and despite being promised a refund in the warranty period, have been told I never would have been eligible for a refund anyway! Even trying to troubleshoot it with the Geek Squad members at multiple stores in my area has been a joke: glad that your staff members can plug in a tower and proudly proclaim the problem "fixed" (spoiler: the four subsequent trips indicated it wasn't, and still isn't). If you want a machine that can only handle Chrome or Windows Explorer for 7 minutes at a time, (5 minutes if you play any game at all!), and love fighting to get any display connected as it crashes opening Event Viewer: this is your machine! Congratulations on your $2,000 paperweight!
