And the big reason for that is the fact the cpu is SOLDERED to the MoBo. The computer itself has great parts, though i did want to upgrade it. I bought new ram because the stock wasnt good enough, and i wanted to upgrade the chip only to fine out I couldnt. The case is cool, but is not the best at keeping the system cool. So with that, i cant even upgrade the case because again i would want to use my own motherboard and cpu which i cant.

Am satisfied for the most part but was very disappointed to see that the 2TB of storage were 2 x 1TB SSDs filling the 2 m.2 slots, so there are no slots available for expansion. I wish I had known that earlier... would have saved some $$$ and ordered a 1TB version

There is a fix! Search up your device manager and UNINSTALL all of your audio drivers and restart your computer. When you do this, Windows will automatically reinstall your missing drivers. I did this and everything works perfect! This was the only hiccup I had, and I will update if any issues come up.
