I was not able to untighten the screws to upgrade the SSDs due to space and how tight the screws are, I can only imagine doing other upgrades will be even more difficult. I also have had multiple (I can count at least 3 within 1 year of use) windows upgrades that broke the audio driver where I had to spend an hour to uninstall audio driver to fix.

For the price I have literally no gripes with it. If this one comes back in stock, do yourself a favor and GET IT (assuming it’s within budget!). You will not be disappointed

I personally have never built one so I was kinda leaning towards prebuilt. After finding this one I was locked in. Price versus specs is great considering it is prebuilt. I have been using it this past week and has handled everything I've thrown at it with ease.

It was a pure upgrade from my old custom built pc in every aspect except the case. It just doesn't give many options for making room or adding components like ssds. I will probably end up rebuilding this pc into my old case

Great PC without the hassle

It’s been great so far. Really responsive, quiet, colorful. It came with wired “gaming” keyboard and mouse but those feel a little cheap but it’s not a big deal. Especially for a kid.

Playing games on it feel smooth and it’s able to have multiple tabs open without any issues. Though there are 2 problems I have with the product, the first being how it does not inform me how to remove the glass to access the interior. I would appreciate it if there were directions that showed how to access the interior of the computer, in addition there is a weird clicking cracking noise that occurs every now and then. I’ve been getting paranoid about it but recently found out it was just coil whine. Other than those 2 issues the product does what it describes and works very well.

Underrated PC

I work in I.T. And haven’t ever built my own PC so this was a nice pre-built especially with the 4070 Super. I play everything in 4K in high or ultra on my Gigabit M28U.
