Great computer. Super fast with smooth gameplay. Keyboard has very cool lighting with different control settings. Good key response while playing. Keyboard doesn’t get hot. The fan system blows out a lot of the heat keeping it cool. Power converter box gets pretty hot, but not a big deal unless you need to pack it up to go right away after use. Needs a time to cool down. Display could be a little brighter, great image though. Happy with my purchase.

    Best Laptop Purchase ever!

Undoubtedly the best laptop on the market for the price. I've had this laptop for several months now and I still get shocked by the speed and the overall quality I get with this thing. I upgraded it to have 2.5TBs and 32gbs of ram for $150 more. Which would be equal to >$2k for anything equivalent. I use it as a desktop replacement and works wonders. I don't care for the battery life as its plugged in and connected to an external monitor all the time.

Amazing Laptop, but runs hot !!

Amazing laptop, just a little thing. The temperatures are High (90c to 95c) on CPU and GPU (82 to 88c) playing games (I got the serial number from December 2021). It’s a must change the wifi card to a Intel 210 (easy upgrade) and ram. Here (Ram) I recommend looking for 2 things, ram that’s 2Rx8 or 2Rx16 (chips in both sides) and look for the lowest timmings possible with 18,20 or 22 CL and tRFC ns (350 or lower), tRFC (560 or lower). The ram gave me a bump in performance (games went up from 8fps to 20 or more fps) and Wifi got speed 800mb. PS: I got the problem with the stock wifi (Realtek) that when the computer went to sleep, I could reconnect to the wifi (only fix was rebooting). To to sum up, the computer runs hot, but ived seen people using it for 2 years and keep going and u can disable the cpu boost and get nice temps. PS 2: I got 1 pixel dead; I couldn’t change the machine because I was leaving from US to my country so didn’t have the time but it’s a nice machine. Recommend it (when its 1.099 or 1.199 or less).

Smooth, great keyboard, performs beyond my expectations for a laptop. Picture is great and overall vary bright screen. My second rog laptop, last one lasted 5 years and I expect nothing less from this one. It's truly a desktop replacement. The AMD processor and GPU shine!

This laptop is amazing and my first AMD laptop. I had issues running a few games, like Forza Horizon 5 but was able to solve it installing the Radeon software from AMD and not the Asus version which is outdated. Do that at your own risk because the driver is not certified by Asus.

So for some context i got this computer on sale to replace my MSI gt72 Dominator pro that was 7 years old, and this was quite the upgrade. I dont play too many super new super high end games, but what i do play (XCOM 2, Shadows of Mordor, Starcraft 2) has basically 0 load time. Everything runs at basically 50 to 60 fps on high pr usuallt ultra settings. Sometimes the computer doesnt work well with my headset which is a bit weird, and having only 2 usb ports is a bit of a downside since on my last laptop I had 6. Streaming does pretty well on this computer, so if you want to do that thats pretty easy. Setup was a bit annoying because i had to do a lot of driver and windoes updates but once we got past that it was fine. Overall a solid product, I would definitely recommend especially if its on sale, if not I would compare other computers at the same price point just in case you never know what else is out there.

This laptop is an absolute monster. Originally I was worried that the ddr4 and gen 3 pcie would mess with performance but they work just fine in real world applications. Otherwise, the CPU and GPU can handle absolutely anything you throw at it. Maxed settings in Forza horizon 5 at 1440p gets about 100fps and star wars Jedi lost order is around 80-90 on average at max settings too. This things more powerful than my desktop PC, it's crazy. The charger does get very hot but that's to be expected with how much power the laptop draws. It definitely needs a minimum of 32gb ram thrown in though (get dual rank) because it will easily use up all 16gb of stock ram when playing games at max settings 1440p. And the 500gb ssd fills up very quickly

Very powerful and runs extremely smooth. Pay attention to other reviews, so that you see how to set it up properly. This is not your everyday ultra thin, that is meant to turn on and do everyday tasks. This can do everything and has some size to it. AMD Advantage is the way to go with access to Smart Access Memory, FRS and Smart Shift. When I purchased this computer it was last years model, so I imagine this years advantage is even better with Ryzen 6000.

The one problem i had was with the wificard. Everytime my computer timed out and went to sleep it could no longer connect to the internet. Restarting it would temporarily solve the problem. I had to uninstall and reinstall the software and now it works fine

It's a great laptop for the price to performance ratio it's got a 2k monitor and a powerful GPU that should run most games on high without sacrificing FPS Though the only complaint i have is that sometimes when I'm playing a game it'll be the IGPU from the CPU that it uses. Just close and restart the game fixes it for me

This laptop is way better than the Alienware laptop I used to own. The armory crate software is three times better than alienware's command center. I have yet to have any real issues with any of the software. On top of the fact that the smart access memory definitely helps in heavy workloads and gaming. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone who's trying to get away from Dell's horrible proprietary software.

If you’re an Amd fan you will definitely be pleased with this Laptop. The only downside I can see is the lack of a mux switch. If this is ever on sale I would highly recommend checking it out. Plus for extra m2 slot and extra ram slot.

This laptop is amazing! Picked this up open box - excellent and only one tiny scuff on it which i could live with. I can run anything i throw at it and doesnt skip a beat. I did upgrade the wireless adapter to a Intel since the one that came in it was flaking out but i knew I would have to after reading alot of forums.

Excellent laptop. Has good weight to it but not too heavy. Excellent screen and plenty of power. My favorite part is the fans are powerful and very quiet. Loud on performance mode of course but playing on silent still ramps up the cooling while providing reasonable sound for playing in environments that may annoy others.

I have owned this laptop for about 8 months now and I use it daily. In terms of price for performance, I would give this laptop an absolute A+. It runs every game I own (including AAA titles) at max settings with over 60 FPS. I bought this when it was on sale for $900 and I have no regrets. If you catch this thing on sale, then I highly recommend it.

I needed something versatile and for the price i couldn't turn it down. They found me one in town, honored the online price, and i had it the next day. Great little desktop replacement that can play most of my steam library. Cool lighting effects, super smooth operation and little bloat. Might not be worth 1700 but definitely worth 1100.
