    After only one day I got random crashes with restarts and blue screens!!!! Don’t weak up after sleep mode our going to sleep mode with fans at full speed.

    Bought it open box and it is on its second trip out to the geek squad repair for it not powering on.

    This model is fantastic on paper; you cant beat performance for price. However the QC issues are a dealbreaker. Mine got the blue screen of death within hours of my first boot and no amount of repairs or resets would fix it. Very dissapointed in this product and will be returning.

    Laptop got issues only after 2 month's of buying ,it's getting off.Not even charging power is showing

    Best Buy really sucks smh

    I had to return 2 different laptops due to 2 busted screen panels from hard handling. I've had an absolute horrible experience shopping with Best Buy. I originally Bought components to build my own desktop based on Best Buy Representative advice And the parts ended up being non compatible 2 different times based on best buy representitive advice. Ive spent probably a total of 8 to 12 hours Building 2 different pcs that didn't have compatible parts And then disassembleing them and returning the parts back to best buy i ended up giving up trying to buy a laptop and a keep having to return those as well. Ive been trying to have a funtional gaming machine without issues for nearly 2 months and best buy has done nothing to help me.

    Not worth the deal.

    Only had this laptop for two months after purchasing it in October 2022, and it has an issue where it constantly reboots when I am running anything CPU intensive. I have downloaded all the latest drivers, updated the BIOS, tried many suggestions on forums on how to fix this issue, and have tried multiple reformats, but this problem still occurs. What's worse is that since I purchased this laptop from Best Buy, it voids the 1-year warranty that I am supposed to have through ASUS, which I was not aware of prior to purchasing until I checked my warranty on the ASUS website. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone for any price. Very disappointed in ASUS despite using their brand for years.

    I bought this laptop last week. The first one had a line of dead pixels through the screen so I took it back. The next one I got had a screen that wouldn't work at all. I hooked up a second monitor and tried to update windows along with driver but it didn't work. I returned that one the next day and decided that this isn't the laptop for me. I have another Asus ROG I bought 3 years ago which has worked perfectly. I was pretty disappointed but im glad it failed right away rather than down the line.

    Random reboot

    The laptop looks nice and the performance is great. However, it's just not reliable. I found out that it has a problem of random reboot. If you google "g513qy random reboot", you can see that a lot of users are having this problem. Unfortunately, I found out about this one day after the return window closed. What's worse is that Asus does not pay for shipping to their service center.
