I shipped it to him through another person. We bought it in the USA because he said quality will be good. But once he turned it on, laptop was overheating and turning off. I called Asus customer service and they opened a case for it to diagnose the issue in their showroom there. Hope they can fix it but since it's brand new we didn't have to go through it. My nephew was completely disappointed and lost faith in manufacturing of the laptop

Took it in for review and the geek squad team member told us that windows 11 and asus don’t work well together…. So we ended up exchanging it for another laptop
