Excellent! For the bargain price I got on Black Friday, it's a light, fast laptop with wonderful features, and it's also certified to meet "durability standards." Perhaps the only thing not so good is the keyboard, which although ergonomic, feels somewhat "cheap."

Tossed a memory stick in to double RAM and it's amazingly fast. $20 upgrade made this laptop so much more versatile. Beautiful, bright display and fast boot up.

I thought battery will be lasting 7-8 hours, however it only lasts for about 3 hours at low setting. This is the only drawback i can say with the openbox laptop.

For the most part this has been a good computer. As far as performance goes so far so good. Biggest flaw a have found is the mouse pad. It doesn't have 2 separate buttons its a solid mouse pad which I don't care for. Plus I have a habit of putting my thumbs under the computer while sitting in a chair and when doing that on this one I am able to hit the mouse button from under the computer.

The Amazon Echo Show 21 is awesome and exactly what we needed. We can add both my wife and my calendars to it for daily reminders. The shopping list linked to our alexa mobile app is super convenient and my daughter enjoys asking her questions.

Love this laptop makes it great for beginners would want to use as a desktop but not the size that I want as a desktop love that the pictures are so clear and not slow at all will recommend Asus brand for laptop lovers as well as friends and fam.

I had doubt on buying one. But after reviewing some reviews finally decided to get one and I didn’t made a mistake. I love it.

This was a nice big laptop for an excellent price. Enjoying it a lot, though my use is pretty basic. If you’re a basi user like me (surfing, streaming) then this is a good get.

Where to begin...got it as a black Friday deal and was the least expensive 17" laptop on BB site. No backlit e keyboard. The set up went rather well compared to old-time microsoft window setups back in the day. Screen, thinking is only 250nits (it looks ok but won't blow you away...understand regular cost is $399 so take that into account). hdmi port out allows you to connect to a hdmi port external monitor. It is what it is...cheap feeling keys...they work. Hate not having keys that light up. Has a little straight raised bar (very thin and very low in height) just a bit behind the front of the laptop. Thinking there to assit the hing as it extends downward when screen is opened. Have not tried to run a lot of apps on it as yet. Has 8gb ram and 512ssd. Just a basic 17" laptop honestly. If you can get a sale somewhere try to get one with backlite keys though figured I would try this one without that feature...might be going back as I like to use it on the couch at night. Screen ratio is 16:9

This is the best basic laptop meet our need for now for basic daily computer activities. It have 17 in display which we like with window 11 home -- not in "S" mode so that nothing need to do to change PC out of "S" mode. So far so good and we like it.

Very good laptop to do quick documents ot simple browsing when needed, nothing special but it does what it needs to.

It's a decent laptop for what it is. I'm a PC enthusiast who builds and works on PC's daily. It's very slow, very laggy opening apps and trying to multi-task. For this laptop to function as expected you'll need to add RAM. It's not hard, it is cheap, $25 will get you a 16Gb RAM stick from BestBuy. Open the bottom of the laptop and there is a singular slot to add more. After that, it works like you'd think ASUS had intended.

I like my new computer. The sales person at Best Buy helped with my selection. I did not need anything that did everything but wash clothes, as I only have a few things I need it for. It is quite adequate for my needs.
