First time for a brand new computer. I’ve enjoyed setting it up since the programs were easy to follow. The Geek Squad member gave me the best helps in getting started. The prompts from the computer itself helped me a lot

this was purchased for a Christmas present for my daughter.

This a very basic laptop that I bought for school and basic internet browsing. For it's price (220) I have to say the laptop works great. I even prefer it to a slower HP pavilion 2 in 1 that I bought.

I didnt have the budget to purchase what I really wanted but I needed an inexpensive laptop for a few basic needs. This laptop did the job that I needed it to do but it is very slow and I haven’t downloaded very much on to it yet and have not used much of the memory. This would not be a good laptop for someone who has no patience, but it works for me as I do almost everything on my smartphone or tablet anyway.

Plenty of storage and ram to run most tasks (except intense gaming) and plays facebook games without a hitch. Full size keyboard to get your work done.

Decent laptop for decent price. Little slower then I expected. But easy to use.

Does as expected. No frills, but good for basic needs.

Luckily I use the laptop at my desk where I can keep it plugged in all of the time, so the fact that the battery didn't work wasn't a problem. Other than the battery problem I have no complaints.

Great computer for doing the around the house stuff

Excellent laptop. I would buy again for my family.

It's to slow and cuts off a lot. You get what you pay for. It's a investment.

Good Computer not the greatest screen resolution. I am sure the computer is good, however I did not like the screen resolution and have already returned it.

At first i was going to get a tablet until i found this computer that was on sale and definitely i don't regret it i was amazed with the performance for daily tasks gets the job done. If you see the specs of other laptop computers aren't that high they only offer 16gb or 32gb storage instead on this one you get 500gb if you want it to be faster just upgrade 4gb stock ram and you will be all set great bang for your buck totally recommend it.

More of a productivity laptop, great for office work. Not very fast though and sometimes freezes. But good for the price (under $250). I bought more than one for that very reason.

I purchased the Asus computer on 11/11/17, had files trans by Geek Squad.Brought home computer 11/13. Numerous calls to Geek Squad, Spectrum & Best Buy and trips to store. I kept getting messages that I was not connected. Changes to modem finally returned the computer to get another product on 11/20.

This is a great laptop for the price! It has a large HD screen which looks really nice! Large keyboard with numeric key pad. The processor speed and memory are fast enough that I don't see any lag in anything that I do. Great deal!

My wife needed a smaller, lighter laptop to use at home with her keyboard, mouse, and monitor. The pentium core is MUCH better than the celeron. Great computer for this price level!

I gave this 4 stars due to only having it a few weeks, so far its been a great lower price laptop, bought for daughter to use for school work and so far i dont have any complaints!

Didn’t think it was much of an upgrade from previous model. However I do like the size and the smoothness of the keyboards. Functionality makes sense. Hardware up to date.
