We're a large family living FT in 3 RVs, and we have a dedicated internet connection through a cable provider, since WiFi at the park is near non-existent. We use this to hard wire into our RV and connect all our devices to it.

I'm not sure it is worth $75-100 for what it does overall though. I think the bandwidth is certainly an improvement over my old Airport Express router. I would say grab this model if you can find it on sale.

Replaced the equipment that was supplied by his internet provider. Faster more reliable speeds and far better range. I think his home is 3000 square feet. Put router on main floor. No more dead spots.

Wireless routers used to require a computer science degree and an interpretive English degree. Today's routers are much more user friendly and simple to set up! The only issue that I have had to date is that the 2.4GHz band keeps shutting off. I use this mode for my Alexa's and our guests. It's not as hardy as the 5GHz mode, which travels further with a stronger signal. However, every night I have trouble getting these devices to connect. I am planning to contact tech support to see if there is something in the settings that I missed. Anyway, good overall unit, easy to setup and I'm getting a full 90Mbps in my basement over 5G...It does not slack!

It's regrettable to hear you've encountered issues with the 2.4Ghz frequency band. Please attempt these steps below:
1. Change wireless mode to 'Legacy' or 'N only' (Wireless -> General -> Band = 2.4GHz)
2. Change channel bandwidth to '20 MHz' or '40 MHz' (Wireless -> General -> Band = 2.4GHz)
3. Change control channel to 1, 6, or 11 (Wireless -> General -> Band = 2.4GHz)

I don't have a lot of devices to connect or high speed streaming needs, so this works just fine for basic use.
