Awesome PC bought as replacement from my previous HP Spectre. It has way better characteristics and construction and quality are extremely great

However, the first laptop we received was previously sold to another customer and I was
unable to set it up because someone else had
Set it up with their name. Making it impossible to actually use the first laptop I received.
Finally after several phone calls to the Bee Cave
Best Buy I finally received a new unopened laptop!
However, the fact that Best Buy’s “sold” me what was in fact a Used Laptop as NEW. was very disappointing!
Hope you take action to prevent this happening to any other Best Buy customers!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my brand new ASUS laptop. I literally just took it out of the box, and the right speaker does not work at all. Sound only comes out of the left side, which makes it frustrating and unusable for normal use.
What makes this even worse is the response from Geek Squad. Instead of offering a quick replacement for a clearly defective product, they told me it would take 2–4 weeks just to check if it can be repaired. That’s completely unreasonable, especially for something that arrived broken.
I rely on this laptop for school, and now I’m stuck without a proper device because of a defect that should have been caught before it was sold.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. A brand new laptop should work perfectly out of the box, and customers shouldn’t have to wait weeks to fix a manufacturer defect.

No regrets. It's more than a decent laptop. I was initially going to spring for the Asus Zenbook 14" S model, a little slicker, more higher end and actually more like my older Asus Zenbook Pro 14" circa 2017. But, it's $400 more and probably not worth that.
