Although not available any more at BB, I figure there will still be potential purchasers looking for reviews B4 buying online/elsewhere... and my opinions might be helpful. * I'm right-handed. The placement of the touchpad is PERFECT! * The positioning of the keyboard at the bottom (front) is also PERFECT! That's where it is on a desktop, so why not a laptop. * The additional half-size monitor above the keyboard/touchpad is not only functional, but allows several incidental apps to be available at all times while not cluttering the full-size screen... or can be used as a large touchpad. * Processor speed and responsiveness is exceptional. * Battery life is what it is! Your mileage will vary. Carry a charger (like a Boy Scout) or use a tablet. There... problem solved! * Runs cool for me (I'm not a gamer... anymore). Might not want it on your bare lap while power-using without a lap board (keep fan's intake unobstructed...DUH!). * Ability to charge using USB-C is major plus! * Some reviews say it's a little heavy. To me, it just seems solid. If weight, size, keyboard and touch-pad bothers you, get a Chromebook or do more research and buy something else that suits you! There's literally hundreds of laptops to consider. I'm happy with this model and Asus for my purposes. Having had MANY previous/current laptop's and desktops from IBM, HP, Samsung, Dell, among others, I did extensive research B4 purchase- choosing Asus once again,

It is a really good laptop for just day to day use, but if you plan to game with it the gpu just isnt strong enough to play heavy games like Apex etc.

I am very happy with this laptop. I was looking for something that was powerful had a decent graphics card and was more of a multitasking machine than a gaming machine since the more powerful GPU you get the more you pay. I love the second screen and comes in very handy. Windows just sees it like a second screen so it works just like it should, the added applications from Asus to shortcut some of the second screen functions work great and are added bonus. The touch screen on both is very convenient and even the keys light light up when working in the dark. The battery life is excellent and the hard drive is big for the price considering its also an SSD drive. I would say with the mouse on the right side of the keyboard it does take a little getting used to. Either way you can turn the second screen into a giant trackpad so that is always an option plus you can use an external mouse via Bluetooth or usb, even USB-C. I've even hooked up a third screen by using either one of the USB-C ports or the HDMI port and it makes the experience even better. The camera is also not too bad and the speakers sound great for a laptop. You also get a bag, stylus pencil and elevation mount of sorts for the laptop which is a great deal.

Definitely worth the price easy to use and graphics to make videos is top tier

Bought this for my college freshman aerospace engineering student…a graduate of his program who works in engineering highly recommended it. He is very happy with it, loves the dual screens and has not had a complaint about it yet. He has been apple for many years, but needed windows for some of the engineering apps for school. He likes it better than his MacBook because of touchscreen, stylus and built in technology that was lacking from his macbook

Lots of features and not too much bloatware. Fast out of the box and easy to learn to use the "ScreenPad".

overall it's a well designed piece of equipment. it's partly my lack on research but the screen is not 360 degree so drawing on the mail screen is not very comfortable. Had a few challenges w Google Chrome were it moved slower than the basic Edge browser. Still early to say more but I will follow up if something stands out.

I can't stay away from this laptop. The quality of the hardware and the specs are just perfect for both my personal and work use. And the extra screen comes in handy. I can program the layout and work wonders with it. I asked my son about the brand befoee I bought it, and he said it was very good. I can now corroborate that.

As an engineer student running heavy software, this machine is a breast. I love the picture quality and with the duo screen it comes in handy during class. It’s a great investment that’ll last you years to come.

The product was good, but it was faulty. Thea laptop didn't turned on without power cable. BestBuy should have checked the product before selling it. I had to return it and now i have to wait for refund to get another one.

No regrets. It’s a fantastic computer. Runs fast and has great display.

I got this on the asus website with 32 ram so far its good. -battery life is about 9ish hrs with both screens on bit lower -brightness(not bad for a laptop with 2 screens ) -video playback is about 7ish hrs -fast charging seems good as well, was at 19% and about 18 min later was at about 40% - have not tested but this does have noise canceling mic, 1 for video call the other for recipient to lower noise incoming from other person bare in mind, I had this laptop for only a few days but so far so good, typing will get use to but over all a nice implementation on 2 screens, fast charging, touch screen(both) and decent battery life.... Good job ASUS

Initially I didn’t think I would make any complaints about this laptop until 4 days ago. I’ve had this since June 2021 and now my speakers are completely dead! I use this laptop for school and studying abroad but now unless I have the laptop hooked up to a monitor through HDMI or plugged into a corded headset/speaker, I can’t hear anything! I record my classes and when the computer switched from hdmi to internal, the recording itself lost the audio for the last part of the lecture! Unacceptable for a laptop that is fairly new still.
