Touchpad stopped working

Everything worked perfectly fine until about day 4 when the touchpad stopped working. I restarted the computer and it worked for a bit. I had to work from home this week and it was so annoying. It's been a week and now it doesn't work at all.

Excellent cheap laptop

A few problems

It took 7 days to arrive, which is pretty long because it was supposed to arrive in 4-5 days. Second, the system itself cannot keep itself cool. It overheats quicker than a MacBook does. It gets burning hot. I don’t know if that’s a problem with only my order. And the ram is soldered.

Too little RAM for Windows

You need a little bit extra RAM and they charge you for a completely different set of hardware as you need to upgrade to a higher model. Why asus, why?!
