Great product, looks very sleek and is light as a feather. I love the product. Best buy customer service, however, was slightly less lovely. I thought that Best buy customer service was a bit disappointing for me because the laptop is currently listed for $50 less than what I paid for it. Due to the return period being over, Best Buy reports that they are unable to price match with themselves on the same product. I get it, and it's also kind of lame.

This is a great laptop for work and is the lightest laptop, that also more than sufficiently meets my business needs. This makes traveling for work so much easier.

Love this laptop. Orginally purchased a display model Dell XPS 13 that had to go back due to faulty battery. I ended up with the ASUS. I am super happy with my laptop. I love this thing. Better than my Mac Air in many ways. If you are considering this laptop and are between an Air or this one, I would choose this one everytime. Love my Mac Air but it was missing something. I couldnt put my finger on it, but this ASUS covers everything.

It is very light to carry it around. It is a good computer for a daily use. I just bought this, so I have not used it enough to give a lot of feedbacks yet. So far, it has been a good experience.

The laptop is a great value. There are rare hiccups from the arm to windows processing but overall worth it for the battery life. Highly recommend the open box as well

Bought as a gift for my brother while he goes to school. Its been a few weeks now since the laptop's first use. Been working great so far. Smooth and efficient.

I bought this to replace my MacBook Pro from 2017 which stopped working, I mainly bought it for the purpose of video editing and it does fine even with only 16 gigabytes of RAM I basically no lags, But browsing and video streaming works perfectly, but to make up for it has almost a day and a half battery life even while streaming and video editing as well as extremely fast response time and boot up Definitely recommend if you're in the market for an inexpensive great laptop.

Pros: thin and light, fast, OLED Cons: not as many standard features for the price (eg. Non-touch, WIN 11 home version, avg speakers)

The best laptop ever! Very useful, its not so bulky and you can carry around. the looks is really nice I love the color as well.

Use it for school and work. Battery life is pretty long, weights less than 1lb.

This is an amazing laptop. The screen is gorgeous and the Snapdragon X Plus processor actual runs most things well. Everything felt snappy in windows. The battery life is also out of this world. 15+ hours of use with even more standby. I unfortunately returned it because I decided I wanted a higher resolution and touch screen.
